Asked for a variety of sweets and given so many to try.
Lanha T.

Open daily 24/7. You order at the counter and have a seat as you wait for everything to be prepared. There a lot of options as far as desserts from bon bons, macarons, cakes, etc. They serve coffee and teas and have a good selection of gelato. You can order sandwiches and crepes if you need a quick snack in between meals. The options on things are limitless and hard to try it all.

So many sweets!

WOW is all I can say. My son is a foodie and we just happened to pop in for breakfast as it was…read moreclose to where we were staying. We ended up there 4 more times. The food is amazing the pasteries to die for and Antonio is by far the nicest person we met in Mexico. He suggessted other places to eat when we were away from the condo and we never felt like we were being hustled just for the money we were spending. Hoping to replicate the mango salad tacos but well I guess I am going to have to go back to have the best.

However, since there was strawberries, it made the crispy layers a bit wet and soggy. The custard cream filling was also very thick. All the cakes are $65 pesos are roughly $3.80 USD. I also ordered an iced latte. Amazing! I like my coffee strong and this place delivered. They only have crystal sugar which isn't ideal for iced drinks. It was priced the same as the cakes around $65 pesos. They also sell bread and croissants at very good prices. Ranging from $20 - $45 pesos. The place is also a restaurant with a full staff waiting to greet you. Just walk straight in and to the left. There will be people behind the dessert counter for the cafe portion of the store. It will also help if you spoke a bit of Spanish because all the staff speaks only Spanish.

After the lady turned inside she started to look through her supplies and then came back to me and said that she couldn't make one of the desserts, but she could give me a chocolate cake with a dark chocolate icing. I immediately said yes. In under 10 minutes, the lady made me the greatest chocolate cake I have ever had in my life. The empanadas were really good too... Use the stairs to get up there, great prices and lovely service and food.

Theres a small sign outside and you have to walk up stairs to reach it. Once you get upstairs theres a tiny bit of seating outside to your right. Go in the door to your left and you can order inside. They had chicken empanadas and vegetarian today, so I got a chicken one to try. The woman inside said they will have beef tomorrow. They had a handful of different deserts to choose from. I picked a caramel chocolate banana pie, a vanilla strawberry pie, and a caramel cookie sandwich with coconut around the sides. The chicken empanada was moist and delicious; it came with a salty chimichurri sauce that was good with it in small quantities. The cookie was just fine, I wouldnt order it again. The two pies however were delicious! I would for sure come back here for the pies and empanadas.
