They have a selection of pastries, sandwiches, home made cakes, and fresh baked breads to choose from. We have bought a cake here for a dinner event, and it tasted as amazing as it looked. We have eaten here a couple of times and the sandwiches and pastries are great. I have also picked up bread on the way home, and it is pretty good. I still prefer the fresh baked bread that I pick up at the bakery in Prangins, but the bread here is good.

The chocolate cakes all had a perfect caramelized base crust that is surprisingly good. They open early and close by 7pm. Mille feuille, known in the US (well NJ) as a Napoleon , is by far the best here I have ever tasted...It has the perfect ratio of creme:pastry:frosting...too many places skimp on the creme inside or frosting on top but La Fournil has it SPOT on. The only downside is I never get a parking spot nearby and they have no parking but its worth the trip to find parking and go inside.
