Caroline made an appointment for us to bring her in on a Sunday afternoon, which was a relief. It felt very much like going to a funeral home to plan a human funeral. They offered a variety of vessels for her remains, as well as thoughtful paw & nose prints to remember her by- but she was not pushy trying to sell you these. The prices, in fact, were less than what we have paid for traditional cremation for our pets. Caroline was kind and compassionate through the whole process- and gave us private time to say goodbye to our beloved kitty- we weren't rushed. which meant a lot. While I hope not to need their services anytime in the near future, we will certainly choose the aquamation process again after learning more.

I have taken two pets to this vet clinic and overall it's been fine. First I came to have my dog…read morespayed and that was a very seamless process and inexpensive. My experience yesterday was not as satisfying. Unfortunately, after many years, I had to put my other dog down. He's been acting odd running into things and circling. My online vet advised that it's likely he has a brain tumor or dog dementia. My dog did not have any dignity left, and after prayer we decided as a family it was best for him to be put down, When I tried to get him out of his crate to weigh him, so that I could pre-pay, one of the gals in the office asked me what's wrong with my dog. This was a troubling question as it was clear, and she knew, that I was upset, having to have made the question decision to put him to sleep. After he passed away, and I was trying to pay the price that I was quoted on the phone was suddenly doubled. That was troubling as well. This is a situation and grief is difficult. There was a time during sedation that my dog was shaking and appearing to have a seizure and I was not helped. Luckily, this didn't last too long, and I was able to comfort my dog as he relaxed.

They provide blankets in the kennels, and food if you don't provide your own (I always bring my own so can't speak to much on the food they provide). Very nice people and I have never been worried leaving my dog here!
