From…read morethe very start, Caroline was great with explaining and the customization for the urn was so simple. She was so compassionate and let us have a private farewell with our sweet Mac. Thank you for helping us memorialize our sweet boy. We loved how it turned out and are forever grateful. Your pricing was very reasonable and we got Mac back within a few days. If we could , we would give you 10 stars. We knew we were in the right place.

Caroline made an appointment for us to bring her in on a Sunday afternoon, which was a relief. It felt very much like going to a funeral home to plan a human funeral. They offered a variety of vessels for her remains, as well as thoughtful paw & nose prints to remember her by- but she was not pushy trying to sell you these. The prices, in fact, were less than what we have paid for traditional cremation for our pets. Caroline was kind and compassionate through the whole process- and gave us private time to say goodbye to our beloved kitty- we weren't rushed. which meant a lot. While I hope not to need their services anytime in the near future, we will certainly choose the aquamation process again after learning more.

I have thought long and hard about writing this review and have decided it needs to be said…read more We used Tristan for training and were very pleased. We then trusted him with the boarding of our two dogs. MISTAKE! He never let us see where he would be keeping our loved family members (our dogs) and he would meet us in the driveway to get them. We thought so much of him as a trainer that we really didn't think much about it till the second time (and last) time we left them there. We were to pick them up on an arranged time on a Sunday between 4 & 5pm. When we arrived there was no one around so we called him and he informed my husband they decided to take a family trip and wouldn't be home till around 7pm that evening. I was not happy. It was also 2.5 hours past when they eat. He did offer to bring them to my house when he got back, however, by this time I was beyond upset. My dogs had been outside in 85 - 90 degree heat and more than like was without water considering the lengthy time they had been left alone. They didn't arrive till about 7:30ish. When he got there he never apologized, never gave us a reason our dogs were left. When his family was getting out of the car the were emptying fast food bags and drinks into the garbage which makes me think they were well taken care of with nourishment and water. He told me what I owed him, I paid him reluctantly and left. I cried and told my furry kids how sorry I was to have left them there and would NEVER leave them there again. As a trainer - Great Boarding - There couldn't be much worse in my opinion. Oh and I had a $20 credit he never offered to let me use, I had been diagnosed with Cancer and had to stop before our last training session, he said we would just leave the $20 as a credit, didn't happen.

I cannot say enough about Bradford Park Veterinary Hospital…read more The amount of care and compassion they gave to our sweet Marlee Sue was above and beyond what I could have imagined. We had to lay our sweet girl to rest due to aggressive bone cancer. Dr Annie & Mike were such a comfort to us during this difficult time. Two very amazing & professional humans! They explained every step to us and helped us through the process. They even made a sweet paw print for us with her name as well as a card in the mail with everyone's signature from Bradford Park Veterinary Hospital. They are top notch. I will never go anywhere else! I feel they are part of our family and will continue to take our fur family to the best place possible! THANK YOU!!!
