I was looking for a modern looking solid wood table which they didn't have - just veneer which is fine but the pricing was a bit high though the design was beautiful. They definitely have sales throughout the year so watch for those.

I ordered the furniture on February 12, 2023, with the assurance that it would be delivered within 3 months. In May, I contacted Blue Moon regarding the delivery, and they were unable to provide a date. They sent me grey-color furniture that wouldn't fit my home as a temporary replacement and a table full of scratches, which my husband disliked. Despite calling and emailing them to repair the damage or provide me with the furniture I asked for, my attempts to rectify the situation, they failed to address the issue. When I asked them to give my money back, they declined. Subsequent attempts to resolve the matter directly with the store's management were met with unresponsiveness and disrespect. Sylvia, the owner of the Blue moon emporium replied very rudely and she stopped communicating with me afterwards saying that you are not even allowed to visit the store. They asked a lawyer, Elizabeth Pappas, to communicate with me regarding the furniture. After waiting for months, my furniture was eventually delivered on December 12th, with a subpar quality. The high density foam that I ordered was not there. The couch foam was poor quality and was already sunken at the time of delivery of furniture. I called bluemoon and sent them the pictures, with no response on repair or replacement.

Cupboards are good, the problem is the so called installation specialists. An appointment was necessary to get advice for cupboards. That first professional advised getting to-the-ceiling cupboards. She had photos of the kitchen. The second professional came to the home to take professional measurements. Both of them missed the fact that the ceiling light fixture would block to-the-ceiling cupboards. Installation specialists came and made the space for the stove half an inch too small, stove doesn't fit. The countertop arrived with a chip in it. My neighbor spent hours on the phone trying to get help. After several calls IKEA agreed to replace the countertop, and that repair people would call to make an appointment. She would have to find her own electrician to move the light or have all cupboards taken out and redone. No repair person called. After waiting several days she spent more hours calling IKEA who then said the case had been closed. All the waiting took over 2 weeks with NO KITCHEN. No water, no sink, no oven, everything ripped out of cupboards. None of the so-called professionals has done their job so far, not from day one. So, not recommended. Save your money and get your own contractor

Every time I come here I want to take a while showroom back with me. They offer a lot of everyday functional products that you can't find anywhere else. Organizational, bathroom, kitchen accessories. You name it. I love the well made and affordable products. You can never have enough IKEA shopping bags too. The cafeteria is awesome with so many deals. Everyone can dine for an affordable price. The quick service kiosk offers cheap hot dogs, ice cream and drinks. The food area has all your favorite items including the famous Swedish meatballs, candies, and cookies. The cinnamon buns are awesome by the way. Anytime you pass by, make sure to stop and check it out. There's always a good find every time.

He went back before the store closed an hour or so after the purchase and they made an excuse not to honour it, saying the salesperson who helped him had to do the transaction. Well, my husband was on a schedule for work and could not stick around until the next day the salesperson returned so they said they would call us and honour the coupon. They never called. It is a year and 2 months later. We were regular customers at the Calgary store. We are disppointed at the service.
