We visited Caragh Chocolates during a carriage ride on Sark in August 2019. We bought just a few…read moreitems, as we did not know what to expect. When we got back to the carriage, and were awaiting the others, we started eating some of the Truffles. We could not believe how delicious they were! I immediately sent my husband back in to buy more! The taste is so smooth and creamy. The pure, deliciousness of the Sark Milk they use shines through. You honestly will be hard-pressed to find better Chocolate... anywhere in the world! They also gave us a complementary slice of Cake while we were shopping (the store is so sweet and cozy - there is a window where you can watch them making Chocolate)! And we tried their Sloe Gin, which was delicious and went with the Cake perfectly! Since returning to the US, we have had two orders shipped from Caragh Chocolates. Everytime we bite into a piece of their Chocolate, we are transported back to the magical island of Sark! It will forever hold dear in our hearts!
