After several trips to surgical supply stores and two braces, I tried Merrick surgical supplies. Leo, the owner waited on me and gave me his best brace.to try. Leo could easily have sold me yet another brace, but was honest and sincere in telling me that I would be better off at a different establishment. If you are looking for any type of surgical supply or furniture, I 100% would recommend Merrick Surgical Supplies and Home Care. I found a helpful video produced by Solano Mobility. At the end of the video, the host said to give them a call, so I called. My location was a bit out of their area of coverage, but the gentleman I spoke was clearly knowledgeable and gave me his time and advice on my stairlift issue. He explained the exact bolt, location, and wrench size I needed to address my issue. He even offered me to call him back when I was at the location should I need further advice!!! I may be able to resolve it myself. Solano Mobility has an authentic concern for helping others. That is a great metric for judging the value system of the company. I recommend viewing the Youtube videos to confirm the company's "How can I help" attitude. I wish they covered my area.

Owned by a man, Mr. Peters, who knows his medical equipment I was able to get my father's wheelchair repaired in one week. Most of that time was spent waiting for the replacement part. We chose to take the chair to his store but for an additional fee he can travel to your residence to make the necessary repairs. The fee was reasonable given replacement parts are priced by corporate robber barons but so worth it to avoid the purchase of a new chair. I highly recommend this repair shop. And to be clear, I never met or heard about this place until I researched online.
