Messages are from his girlfriend since he don't know how to communicate on his own behalf. Paid to have trees trimmed, paid upfront, he did some the first day good. BUT... then he didn't come back for over 3 weeks, and when he did he didn't clean any of the branches or brush away. Was suppose to return within a couple days and didn't show up for about a month still didn't clean anything. Very upset! Job never got fully finished. I was left with a huge mess. Now the city is fining me on the mess so on top of what we paid him we now have a fine. I DONT NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY! We don't ever get a call back or any type of response from Matt the owner. Now there is more, I was told he would clean up the mess and give a refund come to find out NOPE he did come finally clean today but offered me a $1 refund. Not good! Then came back with he will pay the fine and that's all, Not good! I want the refund like I was offered to take down my negative posts and comment. For no additional charge he then re-seeded with some seed we had already selected and purchased. It was our first time working with him. He gave us a very fair price and delivered a lot of hard work. I would add he came on a Sunday because it was a convenient time for us. We discussed his other services and will probably have him back for various lawn treatments as well as consider him for snow removal. We consider JD a great find. He deserves more customers. We heard about him from several recommendations on the NextDoor app. JD told us his area of service is a 10 mile radius around his house in Roseville. That being his service area, how can someone from NY, NY be allowed to leave a one-star review that says nothing except someone was rude to her? Heck, I grew up in NY and if someone was rude to her that's actually par for the course out there. Anyway, the chances that her JD was the same as this JD working in that area is about zero. It broke my heart to see that review after how I saw him working his butt off for us today. At least it gave me a kick in the pants to write what I saw.
