Took it back in to have them fix their mistakes, they had it for over a YEAR before I lost my patience and called to put some pressure on them. To correct their issue they told me they would be taking it to Rexburg Motorsports and charging me to fix it because I let the battery go dead. What a joke, apparently a dead battery causes all the oil to leak out of a newly rebuilt engine. Who knew? So I am picking up the broken 4 wheeler, that I paid them to fix once already and now I get to take it to a real shop that knows what they are doing and pay them to correct this shops mistakes and incompetency. Terrible service, terrible communication. Will not go back and will deter everyone I know from using this shop.

Yes they did take some time, however it was completely worth the price they charged. If you're looking to save money for good service and can give it some time, I'd recommend these guys 120%. If you have a bike that you'd need fixed quickly, you might want to look somewhere else. I say again, they charged half-literally 50%- of what those carpetbaggers at Rexburg Motor sports were charging. And it's good local genuine service they give. If more shops were like Jones, my wallet would be bigger, as would my hopes for humanity.

These particular wheels I couldn't get the bearings out. Anyway, I dropped the wheel off. They said they would get to them. Less than an hour later, I got a phone call saying my Wheel is ready to go. I was a little hesitant. These are expensive wheels. This is a very nice dealership, with an expansive and visually interesting store layout. The staff was friendly, but not over bearing. I was greeted by several staff members as i walked the many levels of the site. Several staff walked by as i looked at T-Shirts, made eye contact and offered to help. It look like they have a wide selection of accessories, and a selection of clothing. But the T-Shirts were dealers name & HD logo, not regionalized with images of the local landscape (mountains, farms, prairies - like so many other dealers) The only other "negative " is they Perhaps 5 parking places for cars & more for motorcycles parking. Considering all that parking space is taken up by showroom & repair, they probably made the best decision.

We posed this question to the locals and got amazing results. It happens there is one relatively large business in town on the main highway that leads ultimately to Yellowstone that sells snowmobiles, ATVs, motorcycles, and other recreational vehicles. And they just happen to be well stocked with warm winter jackets and vests, just the sort of thing Mr. B wanted. The locals called it Polaris, but it is actually PMS, Performance Motor Sports. The jackets were high quality, light weight, really nicely made, and attractive. Just one flaw. They didn't have his size....but ....they could get one in tomorrow. Problem #2. We were leaving Ashton tomorrow morning. A quick phone call by Manager Corbett (and I believe owner too) and it turns out their supplier, the wholesale manufacturer, had one, and they were about 35 miles down the road. Best of all, they were in the direction we were headed. So, we paid for it so he would get the sale and he arranged for us to pick it up instead of waiting around for delivery. Everybody was happy and it was just that simple. In a world where things can be so complicated, there are wonderful people who fully understand flexibility and customer service.
