We were welcomed with loving arms, were given a safe environment to learn and grow in and they both thrived! Although some teachers were fantastic, there were many who you could tell were just there for the paycheque and didn't care for the kids. We brought up concerns and they were only addressed if more senior staff got involved and if we said we were scared for our child's safety. The fact that we can't even warn other parents about the care their child might receive at this location is concerning. I do no recommend lullaboo.

My daughter currently attends the Magic Kingdom. My husband and I initially enrolled her for…read morepreschool in order to prepare her for JK/SK. She finished out her preschool year loving everything about learning, her teachers and friends! Manners were fun and every day (four mornings a week) she came home singing! When September came, we enrolled her in JK in the public school system. Honestly we thought if we could save the tuition and send her to public school then great. We wondered how she would handle the transition to full day school and within six weeks regretted our decision not to have sent her back to The Magic Kingdom for JK & SK. Our happy little girl had turned into a child who came home with slumped shoulders, telling us she was a 'Bad Girl' and no one liked her as all her teachers said she was bad. Our little girl had in a few weeks gone from excitement for school and learning to dread and sadness at the thought of it. After discussing our concerns and receiving no satisfactory resolutions from her teacher or the school, we decided to enroll her again in the Magic Kingdom. Within a week she was back to the happy, engaging and singing little girl we knew. She loves to practise her letters, numbers, reading, ect. again.... Skills she loathed to work on before at public school. The extra expense incurred to have our happy little learner back is for us, a small price to pay to see her love of learning renewed. The Magic Kingdom Learning Centre is a wonderful place. Any parent looking to have their child's initial years of structured education fostered in an environment of caring, consideration and fun needs to look no further. When our son is old enough we will be enrolling him at The Magic Kingdom as well! FYI, they aren't online yet with a fancy web page, but please take the time to book a meeting with one of the Directors. You and your child/children have nothing to lose and everything to gain!

She returns calls promptly, keeps parents informed and is kind and courteous to parents & staff. Other childcare organizations could learn a lot from her and York Professional. I highly recommend York Professional for anyone searching for childcare.
