She was so so knowledgeable about products, gave me step by step instructions on what she was doing throughout the facial, and offered a very inviting, calm, enjoyable space to receive the service! My skin looked like a glazed donut by the time she was done and I haven't had any breakouts or reactions to the products they used. (Which sometimes will occur.) I feel it's worth the money and when I'm back in town intend on booking another facial there! They have a plethora of services offered as well so it could be your one stop shop for all things self care related. They do sell products but they're not pushing them down your throat like some salons can do. I'd recommend to friends and family looking for a high quality spa.

I purchased a package, however as mentioned in my review the "facial" was simply a slathering of cream over and over and it felt terrible. It was an expensive and disappointing experience. On top of that I had to listen to the sales pitch on their product line which was not a suitable product. Their products are greasy.

Unless you want botched lips like these, over $700 less than what you…read morebegan with, and filler migration of your nightmares I suggest you keep searching for an injectionist. Nurse Shara, you have completely ruined my lips. I put my faith, money, & trust into you and disappointed isn't even the word. The filler I had when I first sat in your office was perfectly fine and you manipulated/fear-mongered me into believing they looked bad in hopes of making an extra $500 off of me? Pathetic. I really loved my lips those first couple of months, but as time has passed, the progression of my lips grew to be absolutely horrendous in size, shape, feel & appearance. I only received "two syringes" (or so she alleges to have given me) from her over the course of maybe 3 months earlier this year! Something I found strange, beside the other nonsense, was that I would show her pictures of the EXACT lips that I wanted to build and they never looked like what I showed her. I even confronted her about in at our next appointment and she would say she normally does and even prefers the "bimbo look". Yes she said this verbatim. If bimbo equated to BOTCHED then maybe. Here below I have a photo of my lips currently. Shara, this is nothing short of a malpractice. Even my friends who had payed for your services in the past warned me about your reckless injection practices such as overfilling the lips, coercion to buy more filler, & dismissive behavior when customers confront you about it. I should listened to my gut and ran the opposite direction instead of letting you manipulate me on the day of that consultation. You have left me with weird, lumpy lips, a crooked smile, hard to the touch duck lips, and a hell of a lot less confidence. You have ruined my lips and I would like to be compensated for this. The pictures don't even do them justice. It looks a lot worse in person.

I'm feeling very confused, discouraged, and misled at the moment by Glow in Powell. I went in for a…read moreconsultation earlier this week. I have some medical conditions and have talked to my PCP about the importance of being sure I do not take a compounded weight loss shot. The NP assured me it was not compounded. I kindly asked if it was something she could/was allowed to show me just to make me feel better. She was so kind and said absolutely! She said that was no issue at all. So today I went in to get 1 shot and was told I could not see any proof that it was not compounded and they were not legally obligated to show me anything. (And I understand that may be true). But my question was why when I asked the other day, it was so quick and easy to tell me absolutely they could show that to me no problem....but today they acted so weird, uncomfortable, and like that was absurd of me to ask. They spent nearly 15-20 minutes whispering in a back room before the same NP I saw the other day came out and was giving me very political answers and not answering my questions. She kept saying she needed proof of mg I was currently on to give me that mg. Well that makes total sense. I agree and can get that. But that wasn't my question....why could you happily offer to show me it isn't compounded until I come in to pick it up and ask. Not to mention they were fine to get me the 1mg until I asked to see it wasn't compounded...since I was told that was no problem to ask during my consultation. I am not here to say their shots are compounded. I don't have any proof of that. All I know is it gave me a very bad feeling.
