Most skin care places are closed on Sundays but Royal Skin Care was opened and I decided to give it a try after reading seeing their convenient hours and all the stellar Yelp reviews. From the very start, it was a great experience, I was easily able to book online and learn more about the different treatments they offer. I decided to go with the Basic Needs 50min facial - "This customized treatment begins with a deep cleanse, followed by manual or enzymatic exfoliation to resurface the skin and then light extractions. Custom vitamin masks based on your skin needs. Finish with red LED therapy to boost elasticity, collagen production, and product absorption." My esthetician was Valerie and she was wonderful. It was such a relaxing and comfortable experience. She was even able to remove a stubborn blackhead I've had for a while. After the 50 minutes, my skin was visibly more hydrated and smoother. The establishment is clean and it's located inside a small shopping center so parking wasn't a struggle (and it's free). One of my goals for this new year is to take better care of my skin and I'm so happy to have found a place that will help me accomplish that. Will definitely be returning!

Booking was very easy through their website, and I was able to get an appointment the next day. The location is in a strip mall with easy parking, which made it convenient to get to. The space itself is simple but nice -- no frills, but clean and comfortable. My esthetician, Rada, was kind and explained the process well. The facial included the steps that were described in the service, so everything felt straightforward and professional. That said, I didn't find the overall experience to be especially relaxing or pampering. I had assumed a shoulder and arm massage might be included, but that is actually an add-on that I didn't realize needed to be booked separately. The gua sha/facial massage was the main reason I chose this facial, and for me the pressure felt a bit too light to be very effective. Others who prefer a gentler touch might enjoy it more. Overall, this feels like a good place if you're looking for a quick skincare refresh. While it wasn't quite the spa-like experience I expected, it was convenient and the service itself was delivered as described. Complete side note that doesn't affect my rating: consider playing different music that is more in line with a skin care spa/clinic. That may help the overall experience.

From my experience I have always loved the reassuring comfortability of sitting back and having someone who is familiar with my face and skin doing my botox. When my injector moved away from San Diego, I was open to finding someplace new. I know Lia the owner of the business, so when I learned she opened a Med Spa i already felt a little more comfortable about giving them a try. The Salon offers a number of services, but my primary reason for the visit was Bonnie Wright. Bonnie is the Best & most experienced Master Advanced injector in the country. She understands facial aesthetics for both men and women, and she's both techical and artistic in her work. I've referred at least 50 people to her over the years, and every single one of them has been extremely pleased. The look she provides using Botox or Dysport is very natural. The same when using dermal fillers..... I Highly recommend Bonnie at Enliven Med Spa. Important to also note that the spa does more than Botox and filler. They do Hormone Replacement, IV Infusion for Weight Loss, IV B-12 vitamin infusion...... They use Methylcobalmin in their IV's which is far superior to Cyanocobalmin. Many Med Spa's use the cheap B-12 because it doesn't need to be refrigerated and has a long shelf life, but it's also stable because it's bound to a cyanide molecule, not only that, Cyanocobalmin Is not the active form of the vitamin either, so people with genetic anomalies that cause B-12 deficiency will benefit greatly. NAD and Glutathione are also used, as well as recovery and other formulations. I turn 44 in a few days, and I look and feel amazing.... i attribute much of my youthful appearance to Bonnie!

Also, from check-in to consultation and throughout the procedure, Dr. Mani and her staff really made me feel comfortable. I was nervous at first but they never pushed me to rush anything. They are always super nice and I'm never waiting to be roomed for long. I've also gotten about 4 microneedling sessions here too and my acne scars have tremendously improved!
