A Friend and I…read moretraveled all the way from another borough specifically to this place to then be treated as if they weren't interested in our money or customer experience. We came looking for a few products, but as my friend was more versed in these items than i am, we stood talking trying to decide on items based on personal events and needs i had and what was the best products to get. The store owner (older indian) very obnoxious, rude and plain miserable lady, yells at us saying " Are yall going to just stand there and talk or are y'all going to just buy something?" She rolled her eyes and gave us the "well leave then" face. I was so caught off guard because any decent person would have came to us and asked if we needed help or needed help deciding on an item or questions about any of the products. Instead she basically proved our dollars were unwanted. Initially i was just going to leave and not give them one cent, I decided only buy two things since I travelled so far. I recommend NOT EVER COMING HERE. DO NOT SPEND ANY Money at this place if you choose to be respected as a customer and show that they appreciate you doing business with them.

First, she didn't know the price of the item I wanted to purchase, she said she only works there and that the owner wasn't available at the time, because SHE was at a funeral. Then she gave me a price, but she didn't allow me to inspect the item closely, she said it can't be taken down from the window before Christmas. I went there again after Christmas and she said it can only be discounted 20%, but again, she would not let me inspect it. At that time, she said, she is a manager of the store and that owners are three man, the lady who was at a funeral was also a manager, not an owner of the store. Today, the item I wanted to purchase was still displayed on the window, and she lied that it was already sold, refusing to sell it to me. She was very rude and told me to get out of HER STORE, stating that she is the owner. This person by the name of Christine should not be manager of anything! She can take her whole store to her own home, because we - the residents of Bay Ridge don't need her NASTY ATTITUDE and lies! I will file a lawsuit against the store, and if she is the real owner, she will have to answer in Court, if not, I urge the owners to fire her, or they will be responsible for her nasty and discriminatory attitude!

(St. Dymphna is the patron saint of the mentally ill.) The aluminum were only a dollar. "Make that one--no, two," I said. What struck me most when we first walked in were the "holy goalie" statues--all sorts of plaster and resin saints standing in arches.
