Treatment of patients with movement disorders seems to be a passion for him, as he frequently will discuss progress and breakthroughs occurring worldwide. Another indication is his involvement with current research in these fields. I will also give a shout out to his staff. They have always treated me well, been informative, polite, and jovial. I always leave his office in a better mood than when I arrived. It must be difficult for Dr. Aldred and staff to provide care for a patient population with a chronic disorder. It is hard to be a member of that demographic, but I've been grateful that I have been in his care since early in my diagnosis and can't recommend his practice high enough!

He did say he shouldn't have done that with me, so I will give him that. He sent me to his ARNP who didn't introduce herself and barely spoke to me and did nothing for my program. Next appt saw him we agreed that he needed to get my program under control before going to her. The front desk didn't know his schedule for a follow-up appt said they would call. They call I have to see the ARNP I ask why, I'm told he wouldn't be there. I agreed to see her because I was having side effects and needed relief. Came in and as I'm walking the hall with my husband there was Dr Aldred. Try to make next appt same scenario they will call they never did!! As a Pt continuity of care is important. My condition is not easy to work with and seems he wasn't up for the challenge. Which is strange considering the bragging he did about programming his other Pt's, and having your staff lie for you, well that's a whole other level. He seems to be very knowledgeable but I believe he would be better suited in a position of teaching students rather than Pt care. Too much ego and not enough compassion.

Dismissed me from multicare pcp in an attempt of retaliation of my formal complaint. Tried to used…read morethe 5 missed appointments on my record as cause for dismissal. Note that 3 of these missed appts were errors as I was present for the appointments and have after visit summaries for the errored missed appointments. Also note that I have only missed 2 appointments in the last 3 years, both of which I was minutes late for and rescheduled at their office. Currently my 4 upcoming appointments, 3 being for my ruptured L5-S1 disc rupture. 1 being a new pcp consult I've been waiting 3 months for have now all been canceled and referrals pulled because this "man" is incapable of showing compassion and care for his patients and instead would rather retaliate in disgusting spite once a patient advocates for themselves. I had a referral to neurosurgery less than a month ago. Now every single referral for my SPINE has been canceled. Horrible human and PA-C in my experience. No one deserves to be treated with minimal care, and then abandoned once a complaint has been made.

Dr. Mroch is incredibly knowledgeable and has great bedside manner; finding both in a single…read morephysician isn't always easy. My son has a rare auto immune/kidney disease and Dr. Mroch knew all about it. My son has been seeing a pediatric nephrologist at Children's in Denver and Dr. Mroch knew more off the top of his head than most of the doctors we've been seeing. He and his office were absolutely terrific, organized, helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and flexible. I cannot say enough good things about this practice. I feel so much better knowing my son can get care here once he's in college.

I had to ask for the basic blood test. She did not order a mammogram, colon or bone density test. I complained of my ear plugging and she did not even look at it. I had injured my arm and found out later that she made no notes of it and wanted me to come back in merely to order an x-ray for it. It would be impossible to see what was wrong with a probable Deltoid muscle tear without an x-ray or MRI so why she refused to order one, I do not know. I guess just to get money for another useless visit. I told Whitney that I was depressed after losing my grown daughter w/young children to cancer. She immediately turned the conversation to all about her own problems without addressing any possibilities that might help me to better cope. After telling the staff manager, Margaret, that I had been told via text I would be switched to an actual doctor after reporting the poor service from Whitney, she said that they do not text and it must've been a robo response. I then sent proof with copies of the actual text messaging that I had an ongoing conversation with someone that was going to assign me to an actual doctor, which never happened. Margaret never acknowledged, apologized or helped in any way. Northwest Family Medicine is a terrible place and I would advise any and all to stay clear! Even the offices did not feel that crispy clean like one would expect from a good medical facility.

Dr. Fine is amazing! He has a great bed-side manner and really listens to my questions and concerns. I have been super impressed, right from the start with how frequently I get called back from him personally on test results or research he had to do after I left the office.
