Her website has 3 diff prices for services. Initially it said 249 and then under the services 299. I contacted the owner and she stated it was 299. I said I'm confused bc it stated it was 249 and then 299. She said that's an old price. I thought that's odd so I went to book Melody and the price changed yet again- now it's 339!!! In less than 15 mins the price went from 249- 339!!! The worst part about this experience is that she wasn't willing to honor the price SHE sent in a text and then doubled down by denying service altogether- when the issue was clearly an issue with her site. Rather then making I'm right- or even trying to right the wrong - her solution was to deny us the service- which is going to result in a special needs boy not getting the 1 thing he has asked for in a year or more. He's a very sweet boy that has had a hard life in just about every way. Melody made his worries, hospital visits, being bullied and just his hardships melt away. Quite honestly it was one of the few times I've seen him participate and smile at the mention of her name. Rather than apologize and try to resolve the issue she is going to deny a special needs boy his one ask. I'm so very sad and if she knew my kid at all- she would and should be ashamed that rather than making his bday the best it could be- she is showing that she lacks any empathy or understanding.
