I paid $750 upfront: $225 for delivery, $225 for pickup, and $300 specifically identified on their invoice as a "Deposit on Junk Vehicle." The problems started immediately. We agreed on a specific vehicle and delivery time. They delivered a different vehicle and arrived hours later than the agreed timeframe. The bigger problem came when I tried to have it picked up. I contacted them less than three days after delivery and asked them to retrieve their vehicle. Instead, they claimed I owed additional money for multiple days of "rental." There was no daily rental rate, additional-day fee, late fee, or deposit-forfeiture provision anywhere on the invoice I agreed to and paid. When I disputed the new charges and repeatedly told them their vehicle was available for immediate pickup, I was threatened by text with "grand theft auto." I then gave them a written deadline to retrieve their vehicle and expressly revoked permission for it to remain on my property. They still did not pick it up. After contacting Brentwood Police for guidance, I ultimately had to arrange for another towing company to remove their vehicle from my private property. I have not received my $300 deposit back, nor the $225 for return towing that was never performed. Everything described above is documented in the invoice and text messages. Based on my experience, I would never use this company again and would strongly recommend that anyone considering them get every price, fee, deadline, and refund condition explicitly in writing before paying anything.

Silver Rock and carvana never told me that but I think I got a nice car it's in the shop waiting for a sensor and a valve that Carvana is paying for I got a loaner car missed my trip to Nebraska to see my grandson perform last Saturday so I had to commit to this Camry without it being fixed because my 7 days were up yesterday I hope it is really a nice car. sure looks beautiful. frustrated but grateful too be blessed
