Other automobile shops sent me an estimated invoice of over $5,000 for the AC alone and could not promise the problem to be fixed. WIth Sarris, less than half of the budget and all the problems fixed beautifully. Mr. And Mr. Sarris are genuine people who actually care about others. From several in person visits, I built a personal friendship with them. The guys that work there, Johnson and Andy are also genuine and bright people. They truly give you this feeling that you are welcomed and accepted there and they always find solution for you. I wasted thousands of dollars on my car until I met Sarris. Take this as a good suggestion, bring your car to Sarris if you need any help!

They are super fair, reliable and have not forced any unnecessary services onto me. They even sent me to Herb Chambers (which I really dislike) when a catalytic converter was broken. They told me that Mercedes extended the warranty on many of them, but of course won't tell their customers until they bring in the car. So unless Peter (the boss I think) had told me, I would not have known and probably paid for a new catalytic converter my self into their pocket. WOW - A trustworthy car repair shop.

I know my local mechanic wouldn't charge so much but they push the sense of urgency. I don't understand how a car can need so much work every time I come in. My Civic barely ever needed anything. The Toyota needs alleged work every single time. The one and only time they couldn't come up with anything extra to do, they tried to convince me to get a paint job. Definitely sticking to my own mechanic going forward and avoiding getting oil changes or other work done at the dealership. Edit/Update: After the $2,300 worth of repairs my car allegedly needed, it made noises and vibrations on my way home it was not making prior to this work. Do not recommend this service center at all! It came to my attention that it's likely this recent work and most likely all prior work should have been covered under my warranty. I'm not sure if it's all Toyota locations, or just this one, but it's been nothing but a hassle every time I've been there. Save yourself the trouble!

I've been to this dealership twice--once when I purchased my car and once for a recall service…read more During the purchase, I was pushed to accept a 17% interest rate on a car loan, being told it was "normal" and that I should go for it. They submitted applications to five different banks, even though I had specifically said I only wanted to consider Honda's financing offer--and if I didn't qualify, I'd handle financing through my own bank. At the end, they told me I'd receive a survey and strongly urged me to give them top scores. I did give them a good rating at the time because they helped me through the buying process and I was happy with the car. When I later came in for a recall, I asked for an oil change as well. They quoted me $280 for additional services, which I declined. When I picked up the car, I was again given very direct instructions to leave perfect survey scores--because "it really matters personally" to the specialist. Apparently, every employee at this dealership does the same thing. Honestly, just do your job, and let me decide for myself how to rate the service. Whether I'm satisfied or not is my call--not something I should be pressured into. This isn't a personal complaint about the individual staff--it seems to be standard practice at this dealership. Right after I picked up my car, I drove straight to another dealership and got my oil change done there for $130. I was ready to pay the $280, but only if I was treated with respect and not pressured. However, it turned out that some of the services weren't even necessary. I really regret not going there for the recall as well. It's been two days since the recall service at Honda village, and Honda's system still shows the recalls as unresolved. In summary, both times I visited Honda Village, I got what I needed--a car purchase and a recall repair--but I've grown increasingly frustrated with their way of doing business. I'll probably only come back here again if I absolutely have to. You guys are good but you have a lot to work on.

It took a day longer than anticipated so I'm not really sure how they didn't have time to clean up after themselves. They also did not mention that the rear differential fluid was in need of change while it was in so I had to make another appointment (thankfully at a different dealership). Instead the jaded me a paper with a note that it was deficient. Just like when I purchased the vehicle, everything here seems amateur and sloppy. Also, they never cleared the previous owners personal information out of the infotainment system. I love my Alfa and I'm glad I chose Boston Motorsports. My advisor was friendly and efficient, and obviously knowledgeable and passionate about Alfas. I needed some routine services performed and had several minor warranty issues with my 2022 Stelvio Veloce. Everything was expertly addressed in a few hours and the experience was completely hassle free. I had my chill dog with me and the waiting area felt a bit compact, so we took a walk. There is a public bike path, a bridge over the Charles, a shaded park/reservation area, dog park, and shops and restaurants all within a relaxing 10-20 minute walk. If you own an Alfa in New England, 10/10 this is the dealership to go to. Perfect experience. Lots of fun things to do nearby Cambridge/downtown Boston if you want to make a couple days trip of it!! Update: After owning a 2022 Stelvio Veloce for six months I upgraded to a 2022 Stelvio Quadrifoglio. Boston Motorsports is still the only regional Alfa dealership I would consider bringing my Alfa to. Their service and knowledge is exceptional. If you live in New England and love Alfas, this is the best shop.
