Was at BP yesterday for lunch w family. I have been there many times in the past. Will be my last for a very long time. Waiter ( I suspect he is new since the departure of a great waitress who retired a few months back) was brutal. No smile, rude and looks like he doesn't care much to be there. His tip wasn't justified at all ; however I still left a smaller then usual tip. Customer Service is everything in a restaurant especially- even my 80 year old dad said he was brutal and needed to change his tune. read more

We went there on Feb 1. 2019. He had a chicken caesar salad and I ordered a large spicy chicken nacho plate so we can share. The server was amazing! That's all they get a point for. The food was ok, but I barely made it home to the toilet after eating their nachos. My stomach is still recovering and it's now Sunday. I did not eat the jalapenos or olives so those are not the culprits. There was something wrong either in the food itself or the sanitation during production. Also, we sat at the last booth on the right, near the turn to the kitchen and were bothered by fruit flies or something like it through the whole experience. These flies indicate to me that something is rotting, nearby or something simply is not clean. It's dead of winter, super cold and there should be no flies. read more

It's a sports bar. Our group was there to drink, watch sports and be served, not relentlessly reminded to make sure we had a designated driver which was clearly evident. After confirming twice, you have done your due diligence, the other thirteen times was just harassment. If you don't want us there, we will find somewhere else that will appreciate our money, we pay for a good time, let's keep it that way. read more

We have had Terrible service since the day they opened. I had the misfortune of giving them 3 attempts to better themselves before my eyes, before coming to a decision this place serves up terrible food. 1st attempt: When they first opened , when 'all the rant & raving was going on' we decided to Oder take out.' Got a dry, over cooked pizza quite hard to palpitate. Crust like rock. Thicker crust than toppings. Sauced to death. Guess they were making up for the hard crust by wetting it down with sauce. 2nd attempt: On a special occasion we dropped in for an after noon brew & pizza. It was a rainy day. The bus person sat us down without asking us our preference. There was no one around as we were in, before dinner time. Then left us with menus. 15 min go by. During this time it literally begins raining on our heads. Then waitress shows up ask us how are we doing! I said, getting wet. I point upwards. Then at the table. Table had a huge puddles!! Every drop of water splashing back at us. She says " I'll take your order." I say "one umbrella please" She begins placing napkins down, cutlery & brought our brew. I said you cannot mean to keep us sitting here? She says I guess not.. Moves us. Then moves us place fills up. Forgets she moved us tables, so looses our pizza order, somehow. 40 min go by, place is filling up fast. We had to ask for our order again. Then it shows up 25 min later. 3rd attempt: Went with 5 yr old grand child. He could not chew the tough wings. Mild sauce was hot! Plus pizza dry like a cork. See pics. More crust than toppings. Ordered Gluten free pizza for my daughter who has Celiac disease. Mentioned to waitress that gluten free pizza should not be contaminated with any kind of gluten or wheat. My daughter got sick with in 20 minutes. While she was in washroom with stomach pain, the waiters constantly was asking if we are ready to pay the bill. We paid and called management, got refund but since than my daughter does not trust any restaurants and does not eat out. I can't convince her that it should be OK to eat out and not all places are like that. read more
