Easy to find and get to when passing through Strathmore. Lots of parking and seating even at 6pm on a Friday. Friendly staff but she was busy and therefore we didn't get a water refill unless we asked. Burger was great, freshly fried, soft bun. Creamy mashed potatoes chosen as the side. Power bowl was excellent. But felt pretty expensive once chicken was added (choice of chicken or salmon added). Pizza was great. Cool toppings that work well together. Crust was cooked perfectly. Ordered Jambalaya Fettuccine. There was no shrimp in it. Had to ask why and get them to bring me the missing shrimp. Then asked for a takeout box and menu for desert. They left menu and disappeared for 15 minutes...and counting. Will update if server ever comes back. read more

I'm always disappointed when we come here for lunch. Today was no exception. Took forever to get our drinks and get our order taken. Our food was brought by someone other than our waitress which is fine but we didn't see her again as we sat waiting and wishing for refills that never came. Sat with empty, dirty dishes on the table for more than 15 minutes before she came and asked if we wanted the bill, which also took ages. We've never had issues at dinner or on the bar side but for some reason lunch is always a nightmare. I'd suggest going elsewhere midday. read more

If there was an option for zero stars I just might of picked it. Anyway, if you must go to BP, avoid this location. I decided to ban all BP,s because they would hire a manager as useless as shelly is. This gal is about ad bright as a 2 watt bulb. I took my daughter on Jan 13 th 2012 for supper. She orders ceasar salad, and I got the Boston brute. This is after waiting at the door for over 20 mins because a large group came in and they could not figure out how to seat them. It was amusing that once we finally got seated there were 5 empty tables in out section and a line up at the door. Back to the meal. Our pepsi were both flat. We did not complain, it happens. The first refill was better. I did mention to our server then to replace my daughters drink. Then came the meal. Fries under cooked and soggy. Whatever, not a huge fan of fries anymore so I let it go since it was like 7 pm and had nothing to eat this day yet. After a few bites of my brute, I noticed it was off. I opened it up and no onions. No wonder it tasted so boring. That is what makes the sub. Our server was very poor at checking on us and did not come by to ask how our meals were. I figured I will eat the side I started on and show him the mistake on the other side once he comes by. It felt like 10 mins but was probably about 6. Anyway. I point it out and he says sorry, I will get you a discount. That is fine by me, no time To wait for a new one, not that I was offered. I gave half to my daughter since it had no onions and I finished the rest. When the bill came I was given 5% off! I complained but was told since I ate half already that is the best they could do. Thanks Shelly, worst manager i have dealt with since the turn of the century. I have returned to going to bp once in a while but not in strathmore, I wonder if Shelly still works there or if she got canned.. (Sorry to have to give you the short version. The food isn't half bad, I just wish that for the price you pay and the long wait times for the food, I wish it were fresher. The staff is usually friendly and they seem to be able to keep everything clean. read more

Boston Pizza is everywhere... some are good... and some are great like this one. Been multiple times on bar side and restaurant and had great service and food/drinks every time. Love the staff there. read more

First of all we were a group of six going out last night ....Our waitress Jessica was the best server that took the time to be polite and courteous. Also making us important people there ....Jessica even suggested what to order and we followed her views and it was the best meals we ever ate there ! We are from out of town and had several questions whom she took the time to answer them ....if we are ever in Strathmore again we will definitely stop just to see Jessica and enjoy a great meal at Boston Pizza thank you read more

The Service in the lounge is amazing and the girls are great! Vibrant smiley staff really makes you feel welcome. Haven't tried the restaurant side but the lounge is a good place to have a drink and a bite to eat. The only downside but i guess this applies to all Boston Pizzas is that their pizza isnt the greatest but maybe thats just me. read more
