If I could zero stars I would. Abysmal! For a few years now, when we've ordered BP, I'm always irritated with myself for paying on average $50 per person for PASTA. And the small GF pizza is a joke. $30 for more a personal pizza size than a true small. Cheap food at exorbitant prices. This last experience at this location was the final straw. I will NEVER go back. Terrible! This was my last day of my Kingston birthday trip and I decided to treat myself to one more dinner out. I stopped in Stratford for groceries and decided to order for the BP. I was a bit aggravated when I went in saw two servers working at the bar near the food pick up area. One ignored me entirely just standing there chatting with a customer, while the other was carrying a glass rack and putting it away at the bar. She said she would be with me in a minute and instead of just handing me my order she went back to the kitchen and got another rack and put that away, then proceeded to pour drinks at the bar. I counted to ten and kept my patience, although I was tired from the drive and hungry and wanted to go home. Drive the 30 minutes home. I should've checked the food. I don't know why I don't these days after some experiences we've had, and we live in a rural area and have to drive long distances when we order in. I ordered the garlic parmesan fries and the gluten free pasta with EXTRA sauce, baked with cheese with italian sausage, green peppers and onions. When I got home I was enraged. The pasta was somehow mushy and dry at the same time. It had been cooked to death. But not only was there not extra sauce, there was NO sauce. Whatsoever. No cheese. I counted THREE pieces of sausage. I tried to take a bite but it was disgusting. I wish I'd taken a picture, but I was so furious for paying $50 for such garbage, the pasta went right into the garbage. What was worse was the way they handled it. I called and spoke to some guy working there named Ayyappin. I told him there was no sauce on my pasta whatsoever and that it hadn't been baked with cheese. It's almost like he didn't know what to do. I'll admit I was very angry. To pay so much and get garbage and no way to run back to fix it, not that I think anyone should have to go back for a mistake that isn't theirs. I told him I wanted a refund and he said they couldn't do that. I said I'd never eat there again and hung up. After a couple of minutes, I said to myself, no this isn't right. I called back and got the same guy and asked for the number to the head office. He wouldn't give it to me but hastily said he would refund the pasta. I said I would pay for the fries, but just wanted that and that it had gone in the garbage. He said he would refund it back to my card. He didn't call back. I checked the next day and no refund or credit. I called and got the manager. He apologized at least and wanted me to come back to the restaurant and they would give me cash back. I explained I live a half hour away. He told me they would mail me cash back and took my address. That was on June 25th. It is now July 6th and I've seen nothing. I will end up contacting head office. The fries were subpar too. When you go to Wild Wings, the gar par fries have that delicious sauce. These are just dry with some kind of herb on them. No sauce. No flavour. I tasted neither gar nor par. I'm done with BP. Subpar food that is overpriced and customer service is non-existent. I will NEVER give them my business or $ ever again! read more

I've never tried Boston Pizza but I went for lunch with some work colleagues. The staff met us at the door swiftly got us a preferred table outdoors. Food ordered and out within 10mins. It was busy too. Food was good everyone enjoyed what they had. I will definitely be back to try something else. I had the shrimp jalapeño tacos, we're good nice flavour. Ugh. Where to begin. My SO and I went out to grab a kid free dinner, BP was my suggestion. I have yet to live it down. This was approx a year ago, so hopefully new management will remedy the issues. When we arrived and were seated, our table was dirty with no silverware. We asked the waitress to clean the table and bring clean silverware. She did. Eventually. After having a loud, inappropriate conversations with her friends (who turned out to also be employees) in a booth nearby. This continued throughout our meal. We received our apps (pizza bread) with the wrong (cold!!!) sauce. Eventually got our waitresses attention but at this point our entrees were ready. My SO got pasta (chicken Alfredo) with little to no sauce. I ordered a pizza that wasn't cooked. It was still doughy. The icing on the cake was the fruit flies. They were everywhere! Once my SO had to fish one out of his beer, we were done. Won't ever be back. read more

Visited on Mother's Day without a reservation. Told 1/2 hr wait despite 33% of tables empty at 2pm. Okay, so they're waiting for lots of people. Asked to sit at bar as it was completely empty, but was told we could not as they had reservations for Mother's Day????? WTF??? After I finished writing my review sitting by the reception desk (perhaps they saw me typing on my phone?), the manager came to us and said we could sit at a table in the bar area, if that was okay. We said of course and everything was great after that. Great food, good service. Changing my 1 star review to 3 based on overall experience. read more

Customer service is atrocious. We came in with a party of 4 and were told the wait would be 45 minutes. Normally this would be fine. However when there is 21 empty tables and hardly any wait staff on Saturday night!!! Poor management for not planning better. They say it is due to no reservations but nobody else is walking in and they are turning customers away. read more

I was there tonight for dinner. It was very poor. My husband and I ordered salads with chicken. The greens were not fresh and the chicken was overcooked and tough. I had the same salad last week in Kitchener at Boston Pizza and I loved it. Very disappointed today. The staff were dressed quite sloppy, not as nice as the diners in town. We waited forever for the bill. We will not return - ever. read more

I ordered 2 pizzas for delivery. The pizzas were good and would have been great if they had still been hot by the time they were delivered. When I ordered, the website said they would be delivered within 30 minutes. The delivery actually arrived over an hour after the order. read more

We will not go back EVER. I am allergic (anaphylaxis) to raw tomato. I used to be able to tolerate their meat sauce but not the other tomato sauce. They once served me their tomato sauce and claimed it was an accident seeing a we caught this week accepted their apology and moved on. We frequently order their bandara bread. They always provided us with the dip which is salsa and ranch mixed together which we were not initially informed of. One day I decided to try the dip which caused me to have a reaction which means multiple medication and ambulance and 7 hours in emergency. When I spoke to them about this issue their reasoning for providing the dip was they assumed we knew vecause we order the bread all the time. Manager was horrible and not willing to apologize just put the blame on us. read more

Bitchiest waitress I have ever encountered. First time in my life I couldn't justify leaving a tip. Maybe she should have called in sick because she never stopped hacking the entire time she served us. Will never return. read more

Driest pizza ever. Doritos nachos tastes better than their nachos. Absolutely didn't like their food. Good service. Terrible food.
