At first, this place seems like a decent enough place, but as my wife and I were dining, we noticed a rodent running through the dining area. Once one caught our eye, we began to notice more. This is not ok. We notified our server who indicated that she would inform the front of the house manager, Jocelyn, but she actually seemed to deny there was any issue! This is by far the best located Boston Pizza I've ever seen. On the shores of Georgian Bay, with a large wrap around deck, it's awesome! The food and drinks are equal to other Boston Pizza locations so I won't elaborate on it here. However, one thing I did observe at this location is that they sell birthday/congratulatory/Best Wishes cards and I thought that was a really cool concept. There were a few minor things that one wouldn't expect at a fairly new restaurant; however, overall, very impressed. read more

We got very RUDE service from a "owner" who tried to reseat us when we were seated.. we never got menus.. had one waitress asked if we were being served and never returned.. then the "owner" came and told my partner and I were that we were bring "rude" when we didn't even get served, and were accused of seating ourselves.. a WHITE ONLY place; even patrons put their heads down and went silently eating their meals.. We got up and left, since it was an uncomfortable situation.. They definitely lost our business, and will letting others know of this CHAIN.. read more

I'm not really one for chain pizza places, but I went to the one in Parry Sound for lunch in a pinch and was very pleased with the food and service. It really hit the spot at the time as I was extraordinarily hangry. I'm lowering the rating, though, because the bathroom upstairs was simply atrocious. The folks working there obviously hadn't been checking in regularly, and there was toilet paper and refuse strewn all over the floor. It really squicked me out, so I'm glad I went *after* I ate and not before. Because this is a chain, I do expect more diligence when it comes to the facilities being up to par, so that was a disappointment. read more

I'm apparently a slow learner. I'm back a year later. This place is terrible. The pizza is average at best. We ordered the cactus potatoes (home fries potato chips) and they came out soggy. We sent them back. They took them back and brought us (wait for it)...more soggy potatoes. Service was better than last year - our waitress was hustling. The kids meals are a good deal and come with dessert, although it felt like they were pushing us out and didn't offer it - we had to ask. They were short on spoons (our kids got serving sized spoons), plastic spoons, silverware, kids' cups, and the ability to manage a restaurant. All in all, avoid it. Go anywhere else. McDonald's. A stranger's kitchen. A random, windowless van. You can do better. read more

So I had high hopes but was disappointed. A nice Monday night to sit outside but no tables available. Well there were a couple open but either dirty or were reserved. No attempt to accommodate us. We had to sit inside where it was actually hotter that outside. I had a salad which wasn't that bad but it is pretty hard to mess up. Kids had cheese pizza that was over done and French fries. The wife ordered the spicy pierogi pizza (??? She was feeling adventurous I guess) which was spicy and that's all I have to say. Pretty dry and I actually ordered a side of pizza sauce to at least stomach the crust. Overall disappointing meal. The service was pretty bad also. I sat for at least half the meal with an empty glass which wouldn't bother me but the pizza was spicy and it would have helped wash the cardboard or I mean pizza down. Also I was directed to the basement (stay to the right!) to use the bathroom and had to hobble down the stairs ( bad knee with a clear knee brace on) which weren't normal stairs because they turned and were tight. I got to the bottom and another work look at me and said you do know there are other bathrooms at the end of the bar. WTF!! I just looked at her and said "no, no I didn't. I was told the bathrooms were down here." She said okay for next time you use those because she saw the real struggle I had with the steps. I told her thanks and proceeded to go to the kind of dirty bathroom. So I am pretty sure Boston would not be proud of much of anything there other than the view. We are only in town for a week and I am sure there have to be better places to get pizza. Sorry from Buffalo, NY where pizza standards are higher than munching on a card board box. read more

My wife and I went to a Boston Pizza last Tuesday July 28, 2020 in Parry Sound for dinner. This was our first dinner out since March 31st when we returned from Florida. We were impressed with this Boston Pizza. First the pasta dishes we ordered were hot, very tasty, and we had left overs for another meal. An excellent meal with a sleeve of Bud each. What really impressed us was how Boston Pizza handled "sanitizing" with all the present virus concerns. We had to sanitize our hands before entering the restaurant They wrote down our name & phone number (for contact tracing I assume) The tables were spaced at least 6 feet apart - no extra tables "not in use" There was nothing on our table - no salt & pepper shakers, etc. All the workers in Boston Pizza we saw wore masks We got a "single use" disposable menu - a sheet of paper They said that they were sanitizing the restaurant every 30 minutes - for example we saw a lady cleaning the railing we used coming up the steps into the restaurant. We saw two ladies sanitizing a table after a couple left - they sprayed and wiped the table, they sprayed and wiped the chair seats, they sprayed and wiped the chairs front & back. This was all done before anyone was allowed to sit at that table. They even said that the waitress would not come to clear dirty dishes from out table until we were finished dinner unless we wanted the dishes removed sooner - this was to minimize person-to-person contact. We were very impressed with how clean Boston Pizza was keeping their restaurant. We would be very comfortable coming back to Boston Pizza even with COVID19 being still a problem. Gary read more

Worst meal we ever had. Food was tasteles and unappealing. Ordered a burgher to go for family member who wasn't with us. Instead we got a gross dried out pizza and in unapologetic refusal from management to make good on their mess up! I don't call a discount on food that we didn't order making a customer happy! I can't even rate this place. The million dollar view is completely cancelled by the unkempt dining area, a patio that desperately needs maintenance, a wait staff that needs to care and what food they could serve us (our first two order attempts resulted in "unavailable"), was poorly executed, greasy and unremarkable. Go somewhere else and dont think the view can make up for it. My recommendation is the owners of this place should find a new vocation because they obviously have no passion for the restaurant business. read more

This is definitely the most wonderful Boston Pizza location I've ever seen, right across the street from the marina, there is a patio and it's beautiful. The food was fine, as expected, service very good, staff very friendly and efficient. However, BIG however, the place was filthy. Shockingly dirty. The patio was covered in a layer of dirt, floorboards in desperate need of repainting, filth around the windows. Inside the same thing, the floors noticeably dirty, the bathrooms lovely except for the grime, dirt everywhere, don't even look at the corners of the floor. It was really astounding and makes one wonder about the cleanliness of the kitchen. I am not an obsessively clean person but this was really bad. The management and corporate should get involved with the state of the this place. It could be so much better. read more

I used to be a huge fan of boston pizza. But over the past few years I find their menu and quality has changed for the worst. Its almost like they started cheaping out with their ingredients. I will only go to Boston Pizza again if my friends suggest going there. although I doubt that will happen. I feel bad because the staff are great, and have never had an issue at all regarding service. read more

I came to the business spontaneously as I did not expect to see a Boston pizza in Parry sound (new to area), and I have to say; The service was phenomenal both times I was there and the servers that I had were very informative with menu items and entree recommendations. As for the food, I couldn't have been happier with the Memphis chicken sandwich and broccoli and chicken fettuccine that I ordered. The bar is top notch as well!! Great place to get some drinks and enjoy a night out. DEFINITELY gonna be coming here in the near future!! read more

Terrible smell walking inside and only worse as you descend downstairs to the restrooms...although the food was excellent , I would recommend eating outdoors due to stomach turning odors inside the restaurant. read more

Gluten free pizza with fresh ingredients and it was delicious. Pleasantly surprised for a chain restaurant. Wine mediocre. Service very slow but friendly. Very expensive dinner, but I'd eat here again because of the tasty GF options, including pasta. read more

We were on vacation and spent a few days in lovely Parry Sound and of course, visited the lovely harbour. We were pleased to see the Boston Pizza right on the waterfront with the large deck so decided to try BP (one more time as the last time (in London, ON) had not gone well). We ordered the New York steak sandwich and fries. The drinks arrived quickly but the sandwich took a while. After trying the first French fry, we knew why - everything was cold and the beef was underdone. We told the server who was very apologetic and said she'd take it back. The kitchen obviously had put the whole dish back in the oven -- now everything was overdone - the fries being like rocks! That's it for us - not wasting any more money there when there are so many places to try!! read more
