I tried the Pasta Tuesday special - Jambalaya Fettuccine (with Fettuccine and with Penne) and Wings Wednesday - Salt and Pepper, Memphis, and Honey Garlic from this Boston Pizza. The quality of service and food were good - the Jambalaya Fettuccine and all the wing flavours, especially the Memphis, are worth trying. read more

Service was ok, don't get me wrong. Even though it's hit and miss most of the time. What I was caught off guard by was the upcharge for wanting to add mayo to my burger. Not only did they give me enough to paint an entire person with mayo, they charged my three dollars. They didn't even add it as a separate charge which seems underhanded, and dishonest. I had to do the math to even figure out there was an extra charge. I could literally buy a jar of mayo for what they are marking it up for. Was it made by a Belgium nun? Is it imported from a far away land? Does it have gold in it? I used to be a huge fan, but I won't be back. Not if you are going to charge three dollars for a condiment. We made a pit-stop here the other day for some food on the way back to Edmonton from Saskatoon. While I've never been the biggest fan of Boston Pizza in general, I was actually pleasantly surprised by the food. The "Big Dipper" sandwich was actually quite good. Several things, however, definitely re-inforced my desire not to eat at this chain anymore. First off, the au jus to dip the sandwich in was already splashed around my plate when I got it, rendering the bottom of the bun completely soggy and a handful of my fries as well. The other thing that really peeved me was how they charged me for extra mayo. I prefer to dip my fries in mayo rather than ketchup.. and there is typically a 50 cent to $1 charge for it at most places, which I expect. Instead of putting the mayo as a separate extra charge, they increased the price of my meal by $3 (yes, THREE dollars for some mayo to dip my fries), so that it didn't even look like there was an extra charge. I confirmed by double checking how much my friend's (who ordered the same sandwich) bill was. I found this to be rather underhanded. Overall, my earlier judgments of Boston Pizza held true and this won't be a restaurant I ever suggest we go to. read more

The service is garbage our food took 2 hours to come out and it was not worth it and I was not satisfied

We had supper at Boston Pizza this evening. We being a group of 8; ranging from 3 years to 62 years. Quite a large crowd, had to wait about 30 minutes. Lots of people were waiting as well. Staff were stretched with crowd. Once seated, host apologized for wait. Server, Kyle, did an excellent job. Food, as always was very good, generous servings. Kids servings good for their age/ appetite. Price was inline on what we expected. Always have a good meal & service at BP's. read more

Friendly and fast service with great tasting food. I'm very impressed by the management style at this location in particular. I travel lots for work and Boston Pizza is a staple of mine while on the road, but I haven't had such friendly service anywhere as I have here. I don't know her name but the manager (or owner) was sure to come by and check in on customers and have a quick chat with me. Definitely above and beyond, great workmanship! read more

Terrible service. Our server had the enthusiasm of a dying cow. When I was trying to make a reservation it took about 15 minutes to get anyones attention and when I did get someone the manager failed to ask me many crucial questions (name, phone number) and had to follow me around the restaurant afterwards which I was very unprofessional. The night before my set reservation time I received a phone call at MIDNIGHT canceling my reservation which was a huge inconvenience seeing as it was Valentines Day weekend and all other restaurants were already filled. read more

Let me first start off by saying that I'm a regular at Boston Pizza. No matter which city I'm in, it's fair to say that it's my go to move when I'm home on days off. The food is always glorious but I do have to say, this Boston Pizza in particular is NOTORIOUS for forgetting sauces and dips. I usually order delivery so as too avoid any long term interruptions from video games, having to change into "appropriate attire" for leaving my house or having to endure any social encounters....otherwise known as "being in public". If you do get it delivered, double check the order first, prior to the delivery guy leaving your doorstep. There's nothing worse then cleaning off a space in the cigarette butts on your coffee table, sitting back down on the milk crates, and un-pausing your Call of Duty marathon to realize there's no cactus dip for your potatoes. Online ordering process is flawed. Placed order son 3 separate occasions that they never got. Very annoying waiting an hour for a meal only to call and have them say they never got the order even though it was confirmed online. read more

I ordered delivery and was told it would take 1 hour (pretty long) and then when it arrived 30minutes late i was a bit peeved but the food tasted good, they only missed one thing out of the entire order, which thankfully i only paid an extra $3 for. Not amazingly impressed but if you aren't in a rush and don't mind missing out on your bolognese sauce then give it a go. read more

Stopped in for lunch while passing through town. The salad was very good but, in my opinion, it was overly priced. Then, when we asked for extra dressing, we were charged an additional $1.79 per. Keep in mind that the quantity of dressing looked to be 1/2 ounce. read more

Decent food but the service/servers are terrible in the restaurant.expect to wait upwards of a half an hour for a server to take your order or for even a glass of water to come to the table. Three people sit for dinner and the server comes back with one water after leaving us sitting for close to half an hour while we watched her clean tables off and sing happy birthday . I'm conflicted. The food is usually decent and fairly consistent. That's on the good side of things. On the other hand, the time it takes to get drinks and food can be rather lengthy. We arrived at the dining room at 9pm on a Monday night. It was not overly busy. It took thirty minutes for us to get out drinks. And when they did come, only two out of the four drinks showed up. In most occasions, when I have ordered a signature drink from the bar, they are out of ingredients to make it. We ended up leaving. I am rather disappointed and will not return. read more
