Love how they have their Pizza Flights back for the summer! That way, you can try a variety of different pizzas without having to order a whole one. And each little pizza comes with its own dip, so even better! Online ordering was super easy and the pizza was ready right when they said it would be. The hostess who helped me was also friendly and efficient. I got the Royal Hawaiian, Boston Royal, and The Meteor. All were delicious and full of toppings. We ordered a Rib and Winger combo w/ poutine and a Memphis Chicken Sandwich with a side of Gravy. The gravy arrived discoloured, very clumpy and cool to the touch. It had the texture of a clumpy brown Jello. It even tasted funny. It was definitely very old and from the back of the fridge, microwaved and served. The head Chef of Langley Boston Pizza even used the same gravy for the poutine, it was clear to the obvious eye the poutine was not of standard to be served to anyone. We still took a bite, it tasted like a case of food poisoning waiting to happen. Fraser Health has failed the public here with their food inspections. The special menu item Memphis Chicken burger was missing key ingredients. It was served without crispy fried jalapeños which were replaced with a couple of regular pickled Jalepeno's and Mayo was used in place of Ranch. I told the waitress about the discrepancy and was offered a side of fried Jalepeno's to eat on a side plate. Eating Burger topping from a snack plate didn't seem appealing. The wings were dipped in minimal sauce, they should not have sold the wings if the restaurant had run out of hot sauce. In the end We had an uneatable Poutine, uneatable Gravy and a burger that was different from what Was being advertised. I mentioned this the waitress and it was brushed off pretty well and ignored. She could have fixed the problems by replacing the food, but instead I was given a 15% discount on the food that wasn't fit for human consumption. This is the second bad back to back experience i've had at this location. During my last Visit my Chocolate explosion was completely freezer burned. I've been going to this location for 20 years, but this place no longer meets safe food handling conditions for me to consider returning back to. I was willing to do that and went in and the owner of the franchise told me and my husband that they will not be able to serve us. The worst customer experience I have ever had. I went to the BP web site and placed an order. It said the order would be ready in 25 minutes. I was charged on my credit card. When I showed up at the restaurant they did not have the order. The manager had showed no interest in helping. She simply said there is always a confirmation email, I need to see it. Obviously, I had to give one star. I was forced to. Otherwise, instead of a star, I would've awarded this "restaurant" the vomiting emoji. Five of them, in fact. I was so disgusted by the "food" that I'm actually writing this in the parking lot. I was that moved...as I'm sure my bowels will be soon. I say this as I'm fighting back am overwhelming urge to up chuck. Soup that tasted as if it came out of a can, was dumped into a barrel of chum, and then urinated on by the entire kitchen staff. This location is pretty good compared to others I've been to. Whenever we've come we've been seated as soon as we walk in, which is always nice. The service isn't overly friendly, but they are polite and the food comes out fairly fast, so it's good. Last night I ordered a Hawaiian pizza and a pepperoni pizza for delivery which is quite expensive for 2 pizzas. Delivery time was amazing. My family was very disappointed that they forgot to put ANY pizza sauce on the Hawaiian pizza. I called to request a refund for my pizza with no sauce. I told them that I would send pictures of the pizza to confirm no sauce. I Was told they couldn't credit my MasterCard but they would prepare a new pizza. Unfortunately everyone ate the pepperoni pizza and dinner was over. My complaint is that if a restaurant makes a major error they should refund you for the payment you used. They refused to credit my MasterCard but said they will mail me a coupon. That means I have to order from then again. read more

I have frequently visited this location many times in the last few years. Almost weekly for lunch, every few weeks for lunch or dinner with my spouse or friends or groups from work as well my spouse and I order take out from here monthly. Yup that is alot of business! The manager introduced herself to us a few months ago when she gave me and my work friends the option to order any small pizza for the lunch special price. Very nice and good way to treat regulars. However last weekend I had an issue when ordering on the app ... it said food would be ready in 50 mins but it was ready in 20 when I showed up and my gift card work not work at all. While waiting another 15 mins while the staff was trying and food getting cold. I complained through the website twice then the manager called and left message. My friends, spouse and I decided to go for late lunch yesterday so I decided I'll tell the manager in person what happened. She didn't really have any solution other then the gift cards have problems and nothing to say about the app. Ok so we ordered our apples and food - both took a LONG time to come out. The manager abandoned serving us and had another waitress serve. My friend asked her for a refill of ice tea. Not long after she brought out our pizzas and I asked for fresh Parmesan. The waitress left our table and stopped at 2 other tables to take their orders then went to the computer to enter them and disappeared into the prep area. Since about 10-15 minutes passed I got up and went to look for her. She saw me and grabbed the Parmesan grater but I said it's too late we started eating 15 mins ago but could you please bring the ice tea she asked for 30 mins ago. Then she brought the iced tea and never returned to our table to ask about the food or if we need more refills. My spouse had 1 glass and an empty drink for an hour. Then my friends pizza dough didn't taste very good, not compared to ours so we flagged another waitress down to send it back. The family sitting at the table next to us was there for about 20 mins without being acknowledged or anything so they got up and left. After all that the 1st waitress continued to ignore us and about another 15 mins passed when we asked the 2nd waitress for a box and bill. She returned promptly with 1 bill as she didn't ask that we actually wanted it split. At this point I didn't care and was pretty upset so wasn't even going to try to use my gift cards I just paid the bill and didn't leave any tip whatsoever for that lack of service. The manager finally surfaced so I went up there and informed her of the experience. All she kept if saying was I'm sorry about that. Well that didn't make anything better nor did it solve any issues. We all walked out feeling annoyed, dissatisfied and frustrated. Needless to say we will NOT ever go back to this BP again. I know the complaint process passes it back to her to call and lame excuses will do nothing to alleviate my annoyance. After writing this I looked at all the reviews on BP's in Langley, Surrey, Coquitlam,Poco and Pitt Meadows - the one common denominator is they all consistently have 2-2.5 stars for total ratings. This tells me BP doesn't care about the lack of service or standards and as we know with tough competition out there I don't see this chain lasting without big changes in proving quality service to their loyal customers. read more

My family and I go here on occasion, it's okay but one experienced was really bad. Our waiter was super nice and we loved him. My father ordered a sandwich with the ceaser salad as the side. This is the worst experience I have ever had at a Boston Pizza. I had never walked out of a restaurant until today. My husband, one and a half year old and I waited over an hour for our meal. I could understand if the place was packed but it was nowhere near full. We ordered grilled cheese, spaghetti, and the ribs that were on special, not a terribly difficult order in my opinion. At one point we asked our server Erika how much longer, as our baby needed to eat soon or we would have to leave. Went here with friends this evening, restaurant was half empty. Service SUCKED. The restaurant was half empty but it took at least 15 minutes for our server to take our orders, and close to an hour (!) for our food to come (and appies/meals came at the same time despite us asking for appies to start). Even then, our server didn't notice that she forgot to bring out my eight year old's meal. After sitting there waiting for his food for so long, the poor guy was almost in tears. When I pointed it out, her attitude was very flippant until I got snappy, and then suddenly she must have clued in that she wasn't doing her job because she was more attentive from that point on. Boston Pizza's food is consistently the same (ok/good, not amazing), but at this restaurant as well as the Cloverdale location, the service is exceptionally spotty. Because of the service issue alone we generally avoid BP restaurants, and will continue to do so until customer service is taken more seriously. I don't expect to be treated like royalty, but as a customer you shouldn't have to feel like you server is blowing you off when you ask about where your food/drinks/etc. are. Please BP management, get your staff to realize that their lack of customer service is turning customers away. read more

The waitress arrived and once again advised us of the Covid policy and offered to sell us masks for $2 each. We told her that we all had masks. No one was planning on leaving the table... She told us about her $2 masks again. We told her we had masks. She went on about Covid policy and mentioned the $2 masks again. I asked her if she was being serious. Was she joking? I couldn't believe the insanity. The 2 people that I was with were in shock. She told us that it was policy. I told her that I understood her policy and that we wouldn't be buying her masks as we have our own. She stormed off. 2 minutes later a lady, who I assume was her manager as she didn't introduce herself, told us that they were refusing to serve us and told us to leave. Needless to say, I will never return to Boston Pizza, after being treated like trash. The place was totally empty except for 1 other table. Best part is that I have visited the same BP every Sunday night after hockey, with a large group of people. We'll be heading to Cactus Club, Sammy J Peppers or Moxies instead. read more

Boston Pizza has never been on my top list - they are too commercialized but I went tonight. The "tossed salad" was romaine lettuce with chunks of red pepper and slices of red pepper. And some of the lettuce was brown. Hmm? The Ribs were amazing but when I ordered it with vegetables... I got pepper with veggies the first time and veggies soaked in olive oil second (there was more oil on the plate than veggies). I gave the Manager some constructive feedback and was thanked. I'd suggest they considered comping a dessert or something... but NADA. So apparently it's my job to eat their food - critic and overpay. There's is to take the free advice. Ordered take out for my hubby and I's anniversary. Hubby ordered a pizza burger with fries and I ordered a pasta dish. We came home, and to our surprise hubby the take out was very disappointing. Hubby only had about 15 fries with his burger in this big take out dish. I had pasta that was highly under seasoned, and just tasted like noodles with very little sauce. The clerk got my delivery order wrong and rather than fix it I had to wait five minutes on the phone to speak to the manager who put the phone person on to tell me I didn't order a gluten free pizza but ordered a medium and an individual exactly the same for some other reason I guess.
