Great food, great price, wonderful service that goes above and beyond. I've been there multiple time and I've seen a mistake or two but they always quickly remedy them and compensate you fairly. The menu provides a lot of options for all diets, including vegetarian, vegan, and Gluten wise. Almost all items on the menus are highly customizable to whatever your preferences are. Boston pizza also has seasonal menus and a delicious daily soup. It's a great place to dine alone or bring friends, and family. If you're of drinking age I highly recommend going to the bar top for the greatest service and quick drinks done well. The service here is abysmal. I took a friend for her birthday. There was no one at the door or recognition by any of the, staff passing by of our existence. The hostess when she showed had only been working there a month. The carpet it seems had not been vacuumed for about the same period of time. The on tap list had no imports. I asked for the only name I did not recognise. It turned out to be a cider. We had to ask a, second time for water. The meal arrived prior to the condiments. About half way through the meal the waiter disappeared. We finished the meal, stacked the plates to the side, and waited about 5 minutes. Unable to get a staff members attention the, irritated by now, lady went for a smoke. When she returned he still hadn't shown up. Although the girls had not gotten dessert, enough was enough. I told them we would go to MacDonalds for dessert instead. No nerds, much better service. Once we were standing he showed up. Too little, too late. Needless to say the tip was far from generous. The food was decent although the "baked cheese" was just melted. This place needs to hire a manager who knows the industry to go in and kick some butt. This has to be the worst run Boston Pizza it has ever been my misfortune to enter. I can not say we will be returning. I would highly recommend anyone else avoid it like the plague.
