We were disappointed in their pickup Deluxe pizza the last couple of times. BP was our go to for pizza. We liked the Deluxe over all. But lately the toppings have been skimpy and the last one was over done as well. It isn't cheap, we expect more. Time to try some other places. read more

Great food. Nice interior. The servers we've had have been fairly good. We sat near the door between the restaurant and the bar. The air of tension among the serving staff was very uncomfortable. There was no subtlety to it AT ALL. I understand that not everyone gets along, but when it spills over to the dining room, that is not good. We've had this problem both times we've been in the dining room. We've ordered takeout more than a few times and were pleased with the quality and the delivery times. read more

We came in at 8:20pm on a Saturday night to a restaurant with 3 other small groups dining. Only one couple was waiting for food. No one came to take our drink order and then when someone did show up, we had been there so long they asked for our food order not even noticing we hadn't had service in over 15 minutes. Our food arrived approximately one hour and 10 minutes after that except one dish which took another 10 minutes to receive. The starter salad with that meal was served another 5-10 minutes after that (so, more 1.5 hrs after our arrival). Not to mention the fact that the fettuccine alfredo with chicken and bacon didn't have any chicken on it and the goat cheese and beet salad had no beets. It was unbelievable how long everything took and when it did arrive, it was not prepared as expected. It seemed our waitress did try her best and did apologize for "all the things that went wrong" as she put it. There is not much in Dauphin I find the people here do not know cusine if it came and bit them. The service is very slow they don't treat you as well if you do not buy their overpriced booze. The price is expensive for what you get. The food is not that great edible but not great. Catinas resturant on the board walk best resturant in town by far. they need to close at 10{pm instead of 7PM. Mr. Mikes is highly over rated in my opinion. they are also very expensive for what you get the food is so- so. some of the waitresses are very good some are very lazy In a little town like Dauphin it is much better than Boston. Most of the people who live here have done so all their lives so they do not know any better or they go to Winnipeg or Brandon. With the Pandemic you would think that things would get better. Small town people stick together so they may or may not complain but they still support them anyway. Winnipeg is a four hour drive and Brandon is two. no-one is going to drive that far just to eat out. Hope this helps. Remember I am pulling for you keep your stick on the ice.
