Our food was great and arrived quickly. I was on the phone when we sat down on an important call and our server came back numerous times to see if we were ready to order which was quite nice. We were seated quickly in the restaurant side. Tables were clean and the restaurant looks newly renovated. I ordered dinner here tonight and I'm literally not impressed. The fact that I had to reheat my food due to the fact it was cold.!!!

Good consistent food. Usually go when I am in bonnyville. The service is hit and miss. Pasta in particular is always good.

My first stop here....very likely my last! Not that they didn't make every effort to provide a meal to our family but this small town location misses the mark and I don't think it is a once in awhile occurrence. The service itself was confusing from the start with the waitress not knowing what kind of spice goes on the chicken in a Caesar salad...her answer was spicy. The orders took about ten minutes to give and then a lot longer than they should have been to be delivered. Our table ordered two salads for the adults, three kids meals and we waited for at least 45 minutes for the meal and had to ask for the bill three times. The staff looked really rough all around with dishevelled uniforms, messy hair and too many tattoos visible to count (seriously one even had neck tats on top of almost full sleeves). This type of occurrence is not what you expect when walking into a family dining room at Boston Pizza. The food was dry, the sauce was watered down, the salad was VERY poorly chopped so as you can likely tell the service wasn't the worst part of this experience. I believe that many of the brands were improvised from poor brand choice and had been mass produced and stored too long. Overall my advice is to enjoy one of the local businesses that have years of previous success or the near by Tim's and McDonalds. read more

Hands down the worst Boston Pizza I have ever ate at. Been there a few times since they opened up and I can honestly say I have never been satisfied with my meal. Boston Pizza in Cold Lake, and LLB are always satisfying . Got my food delivered and it was cold and soggy, I will pass on Boston Pizza here in Bonnyville next time and I suggest you do too! read more

Been a while since I've been to a Boston Pizza but if this is a reflection of the quality of their food, I don't think I'll be coming back to this chain anytime soon. Food was bland and the shrimp in my Garlic shrimp spaghetti, which looked great in the menu photo, were white and anemic looking. read more
