Then my ancient Mac Book Pro (not my primary computer anymore) that is over 20 years old stopped working. I keep it because it still has the Adobe Creative Suite on it from back in the day when you could buy the software instead of paying monthly. A couple years ago the battery had died and Apple let me know that going forward, they wouldn't work on it because it was so old. Edwin was able to get it back up and running! I'm thrilled and Gadget Fix is now my go-to computer/iphone repair place.

I can use Siri and I can still guess where my apps were and how to power off my phone, I could still use my phone through siri but the screen was completely black I contacted them to see what I can do and they were charging me more this time to get it fixed so now I have to pay $120 plus a $25 deposit and I still had to wait because they still had to order me a screen. you would think a phone business has them handy already but that was not the case. not to mention the way the spoke to me was extremely rude. I'll post screenshots. Wouldn't recommend them at all.

It would go to sleep and not want to wake up - like some bad party animal with a hangover.
