Just spent 4 days in El Preto de Santa Maria visiting friends. They took us to Bossa (Bossa Venta Urbana properly) the first night, and we wound up having breakfast there twice, lunch once and dinner three times! Just excellent food and service. Proper house-made churros and porras con chocolate, full English/American breakfasts, an excellent yogurt granola bowl etc. We were lucky one night to be there for cochinillo and it was excellent, as on another night was a chicken slow-stewed in wine in their brick oven.
