ARE YOU KIDDING ME!?!?!?! This is my new spot!!!…read moreI wanted a big burrito, I searched online and couldn't find anything in my area. However I stumbled across a picture of a beautiful breakfast taco. So I followed the link. HAPPY TAKOS. I walked in and was instantly greeted by a beautiful smile. Her name was Natalie. I told her I was craving a huge burrito one for me one for my wife and I also wanted to try one of their amazing looking breakfast taco tacos. Now what I expressed was obviously something that was not on the menu however, they had zero issues making me a huge burrito.. This thing was massive me and my wife both ate half of it and the second half looks like it's still a full burrito. lol. The flavor is incredible. The breakfast taco was amazing. The staff was awesome. Even the kitchen staff waved to me as I was leaving the building. They were very happy to accommodate my order.. This place was clean service was extremely fast and everything was done with a smile and love. I will absolutely be back. I'm not bullshitting when I say this is my new favorite place. Highly recommended!!!!!

I was torn between 3 and 4 stars for Happy Takos…read more There's plenty of parking AND a drive thru which is really nice. I didn't realize this and ordered via online pickup which was totally unnecessary. I walked in and there were a few folks eating inside but it wasn't busy and I didn't have to wait in line at all to get my food. The young man who handed me my food was polite so the service was good. The ambiance reminded me of torchy's tacos but smaller. The ingredients, tortillas, veggies, etc all tasted fresh. The Boss Hogg breakfast tako with pork guisada, refried beans, cheese and an egg over medium was unique and it was nice having it and the chorizo and egg tako at 3PM. Th ground beef tako was typical but super fresh. My faves were the Boss Hogg Tako and the ground beef sope. The masa sope was delish. The runny egg on the Boss Hogg really kicked the tako up a notch and made it nice and juicy. I would say though overall everything was kinda bland. It seemed as if it needed a little more salt/seasoning. I added a little more salt but that didn't seem to do the trick. I added the sauces provided and while they weren't awful, they were also a bit bland so they did nothing for the tacos. I would return and look forward to trying some of their other options. There's a keto menu as well and you can make most of the tacos a bowl or get them lettuce wrapped.

Juanderful is on another level!…read more Before trying Juanderful's chile relleno and carne asada burrito, I was not really a burrito fan. But this? This is not your typical Tex-Mex, bland, sad, flavorless, depressing burrito. You can actually taste the homemade ingredients, cooked with care, experience, and the kind of flavor that reminds you somebody in the kitchen truly knows what they are doing. I decided to try them because they are located right across from the church I pastor, and let me tell you, I will definitely be coming here more often. One detail I absolutely loved was not just the chic decoration or the incredibly clean dining room, but the small cross in the corner where people can write their prayers and nail them to the cross. That is such a beautiful and meaningful touch. I highly recommend this place. Go hungry, and thank me later.

It has a bit of a bite so you must like spicy. You now must order inside at the back and pay at the convenience store register and come back for your order. I suddenly got in the mood for breakfast tacos, and since most places stop serving them before noon…read moreor early afternoon, I went on Yelp to find a spot that serves them all day. I came across this place with tons of great reviews, and the food looked amazing, so I decided to give it a shot. It's only about 15 minutes from where I am in League City, and the place was super nice and clean. The staff was very attentive and friendly and I ordered 4 breakfast tacos with chorizo, potato, and egg. They were SO good! I honestly have no complaints about the food. My only gripe is that I wish they gave a little more salsa, especially for the size of the tacos. I ordered 4 tacos and was only given 3 tiny 1-ounce cups of salsa not even one per taco. I asked if I could get a couple more, but they said there was an extra charge for them. I thought that was a little strange, especially since they were such small portions and since they have some at the table if you sit and eat. Luckily, I had some salsa at home, so I took the tacos home and absolutely killed them. I'll definitely be back and would recommend this place to anyone in the area looking for some really good breakfast tacos!

Let's start with the good and end with the bad. First off,…read morethe horchata was really good definitely one of the highlights of the meal. The torta, though? Not going to lie... pretty mid. The fajita had good flavor, but there was nowhere near enough meat. There was so little fajita on it that I started wondering if the torta was on a diet. By the time I got back to work and actually sat down to eat it, the bread was already getting soggy from the mayo, which didn't help. For $11, I was expecting a considerably bigger torta and a decent amount of meat. At this size and portion, I'd say $5-$7 would be more reasonable. The rice was probably the weakest part of the meal. It was very plain and didn't have much flavor at all. I also tried the green and red sauces. Green sauce was actually pretty good. The red sauce, however, tasted like regular Pace Picante sauce... just watered down. I've seen some other reviews saying the tacos are pretty small, and after this experience, I'm definitely curious to see for myself. I'll be back for the tacos, so stay tuned for the Taco Update. Overall, not my favorite spot, but I wouldn't completely write it off. Maybe I'll swing by every few months or more and give it another shot. The tacos might redeem this place... we'll see.
