A price I am willing to pay for good service. I left my old 4 stroke with them and after 2 months they called me they could sell it for 150$. ( he said during the sale, approx 750$) from the 150$ he took another 50$ for commission. In spite I just bought a new outboard. My first service, after 20 hours (oil change in principle) set me back another 252$ (!!!!) They charge 150$ for an hour of labor. 100$ is the general rate. Since this weekend I have an issue with the outboard. (30 hours on it) and it is running bad. I called them and now they tell me they are not a Yamaha warranty dealer so I have find somebody else for my problem. With other words, sr@w you! It sounds like cliche, but here we go again, WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!! Their motto is $$$$$$$$$$ and zilch in return. They are scrapped from my list
