The service was awful, as we were pushed towards buying things we never mentioned interest in. We were looking for a nice bong for a reasonable price, as we are not super rich or anything. The male employee who was assisting us never once let us inspect the bong before we purchased it. He packaged it so quickly too, so we didn't have time to notice the flaws. We inspected it in the car and noticed the flaws immediately and tried to take it back for an exchange or refund, only to be met with a "sorry, there's nothing I can do". We have bought many bongs and pieces from this shop, but have never received such bad service.

I was looking for a particular item and they did not sell it that's ok with me it's the way he proceeded to tell me no that got me fired up enough to write a review. All I ask for in costumer service is a smile and a grating at a door and an "I'm sorry" if it's something you do not have. I get it's not your fault but it's always a nice gesture to say that but no you couldn't take 10 seconds from Facebook or whatever on your computer to give decent costumer service I will never return to the store. It was that sad, ok costumer service would've been better then this I get better service at the porn shop and that's saying a lot. Sorry for the rant but costumer service should be second nature if you're in the service industry.
