So they arranged for him to be with the smaller friends until his confidence built up. And it didn't take long for his confidence to soar! When asked if he wants to go to doggie daycare, he has an excited conniption; grabbing his stuffy and waiting by the door. They are conveniently located. Drop-off and Pick-up are easy. Then we found Hyline!! She was at Hyline for over a week on the first visit and did fine. No raw nose when we picked her up. She had a private "room" and I paid a little extra for one-on-one attention (tuck-in service!! What!!), and a peanut butter-filled Kong once daily. They sent us photos and updates. She even ate while she was there! Second visit was good, too. She didn't even hang back when it came time to leave her, just went along to her kennel. Pretty surprising, for her! The place is clean and well-kept. They do doggie daycare, too. We appreciated the good service and care for our good old girl!

She's so soft and smells amazing, and Kati did a beautiful job trimming and shaping her hair so that she kept her natural look, just more manageable and tidy. I said explicitly that we have poor cell reception and that email or landline would be best, but on three different occasions she left cell messages. I emailed and texted three or four times and got no reply. I missed an appointment because I could not reach her to say there was flooding; her phone directed me to the website. Really the problem is that she didn't care to adjust to our communication needs. Beyond that, she was less than professional when I talked to her about this. She said (paraphrased) 'do you know how many emails I get every day'? If she cannot be bothered to figure out how to get in touch with clients, or arrange things so that people can reach her, she needs to reconsider her business setup.

Our dog was also soaking wet and when I asked why she said "from drinking water" I then brought up the spray bottle they use on the dogs and she said "yeah we sprayed her because she was running" ... dogs aren't allowed to run? My dogs eyes were also blood shot and that wasn't explained either. Keep your dog safe and don't bring them to this place.
