The guidance was very clear and down to earth with several short meditation sessions of about 10 minutes interspersed with stimulating discussion and explanations of the technique. I felt this was an ideal balance for people with little prior experience but also very beneficial to people like me with more experience of meditation. I really felt that I was receiving something special which I would not get from meditating on my own without a teacher. This feeling of having gained something unique and very valuable has remained with me since then and has inspired me to continue my own meditation practice.

Online booking and cancellation make the whole thing a breeze and the instructor was very patient, offering clear advice on how to improve. All in all, a very positive first yoga experience for me and I can happily recommend the North London Yoga Centre.
