Came in and spent almost $200 on a bag of dog food only to be treated extremely rudely by the girl that was working- to the point that I didnt buy anything else that I had planned to get and will not be coming back to shop there again. When I asked the girl if she could recommend any dental dog chews, not only did she seem annoyed, but she said "No, they're just like toothpaste. Like I have an eating disorder so I buy the kind that makes me throw up." The most inappropriate, unhelpful and disgusting comment that I've ever heard from a person whose receiving business from me that helps pay their wage. read more

In what world does using a dremel justify and additional $14. At no point was such a gross additional fee ever mentioned. They didn't even get the front nails on my dogs paws evenly cut. She did an excellent job and groomed him exactly as I had requested. And my dog didn't do the twitching for a day or two that he usually does when he gets groomed, so it was not as stressful for him as it usually is. I was very impressed. If I lived here, I would definitely take my dog back.
