This is one of the dirtiest and worst organized Walmart Superstores I've ever shopped in. The deli…read morecounter is severely understaffed. Often times the folks who work there are in the back of the store either trying to complete tasks or hiding and no one is at the counter. I've also waited as long as ten minutes to have someone notice me at the counter when the staff is there and can see me. They continue with their tasks at hand and when they have time, they wait on the counter customers. The store shelves are often a jumbled mess with items knocked over or hiding in places they don't belong. The shelves are sometimes poorly stocked. Don't get me started on the filthy conditions at the self checkout area. The checkout counters really should be cleaner. The dirt I see doesn't bother me as much as the germs I can't see. I surmise this is due to lack of staff to be able to take care of these extra tasks. Understand, I'm not entirely blaming the staff for these conditions. This place is packed on weekends and during the week, perhaps staffing is cut back even more. Either way, the store is poorly managed. I noticed these problems before and thought, this is just the 'Walmart' way of doing things but never realized how bad this particular store was until I had an opportunity to visit a few other Walmart Super Centers outside of the area. Overall, if conditions are this dirty and disorganized out front, I can't imagine how bad conditions are in the storage areas and behind the door of the deli counter. I'm glad we are soon moving to another area. This place just happens to be very close to where we currently live. One kudos, though. The bakery and produce sections are mostly well maintained.

There are two entrances, one near the pick up area and groceries and one on the other side with a Starbucks/food area. The layout is similar to their store in the Belmont Shoppes in Lancaster, lots to see but laid out so its not overwhelming. Employees were friendly and answered any questions I had about where something was since I was here to pick up something that wasn't available at my local Target. I stopped by the Starbucks on my way out and ordered a tall java chip frappechino and the barista was very pleasant and got my order made quickly. Overall its your typical Target supersized with more selection.

There was no one on the…read morefloor so I can not account for customer service while shopping but at the make-up counter as well as when checking out those employees were very friendly and polite. Selection of items seems expansive and a healthy variety of items/ products. Sales on some items while others were of course at full price yet both seemed reasonable. Store was tidy, in the areas where I shopped. Worth a look see, if you are in the area. Take care !

Not only did I find exactly what I needed in a price point lower than what I was expecting but I was also taunted by shoes and purses that I couldn't shove in said suitcase. Don't come into the store expecting to find exactly what you need when it comes to clothing all the time. Some days you'll hit the jackpot other days you'll get a good laugh. But you'll never pay retail.
