I could not understand why it would not be a clear claim under the circumstances. Jacob K. Kashani personally got back to me and gave me a quick, simple, and honest explanation of how the process works. Even though it turned out to be a case he would not be able to help me with, he still took the time to explain things clearly and give me advice on the situation. To me, that says a lot. He even signed off by telling me that if I had any other questions, I could contact him again and he would be happy to help answer them. That is a first-class act. It is rare to find someone who will take the time to help, even when there is nothing in it for them. Jacob clearly cares about what he does and the people he speaks with. Five stars all the way.

One of his best qualities is his ability to quickly adapt to a variety of legal situations and outline several options for his clients. However, his best quality, and one that can be hard to find in an attorney, is he is truly trustworthy and reliable. If he tells me he's going to look into something, it'll be him who does it. When I first reached out to Preferred Services in West Covina, I wasn't just looking for someone to…read moreprepare documents -- I was looking for a team that genuinely cared about helping me through a stressful legal situation. I needed people who would listen, respond, and guide me without judgment or impatience. What I found at Preferred Services was a level of customer service, professionalism, and client dedication that is rare in this industry. From the moment I walked through their doors, the experience felt different. There was no cold reception, no rushed intake, no sense that I was just another case in line. Instead, I was greeted by staff who were warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in understanding what I needed. They took the time to listen, to ask questions, and to make sure they understood the full picture before moving forward. Their dedication to customer service is the foundation of everything they do. Preferred Services has been serving the community for decades, and that experience shows in how they treat people. They understand that most clients come to them during difficult moments -- divorces, custody issues, evictions, financial disputes -- and they respond with patience, clarity, and compassion. They don't rush you. They don't talk down to you. They don't make you feel like you should already know the process. They meet you where you are and guide you step by step. Communication is one of their strongest qualities. They pick up the phone. They return calls. They follow up. They check in. In a world where many legal service providers leave you waiting days for a response, Preferred Services stands out for their consistency and reliability. Every time I had a question or concern, someone was there to help -- not with vague answers, but with clear explanations that actually made sense. Their knowledge and accuracy are equally impressive. They know the forms, the procedures, the timelines, and the court requirements. They make sure everything is filled out correctly, organized properly, and ready for filing. They explain what each document means and why it matters. Their experience shows in the way they anticipate issues before they become problems. I never felt lost or confused -- they made sure I understood every step. What truly sets them apart, though, is their commitment to client satisfaction. They don't just complete paperwork; they make sure you feel supported throughout the entire process. They check in to make sure you're comfortable with the next steps. They ask if you have questions. They make sure you leave with clarity, not confusion. That level of care is something you can't fake -- it comes from a genuine desire to help people. Their pricing is also fair and transparent. No hidden fees, no surprise charges, no pressure. They explain the cost upfront and stick to it. In a field where unexpected expenses are common, this honesty is refreshing. Preferred Services is the kind of place that reminds you what real customer service looks like. They combine decades of experience with genuine compassion, and the result is a service that makes you feel supported, respected, and taken care of. They don't just prepare documents -- they help you navigate some of the most stressful moments of your life with confidence and clarity. My experience with Preferred Services comes down to three things: 1. Exceptional Customer Service They listen, they respond, and they treat you with respect from start to finish. 2. Client Satisfaction as a Priority They go above and beyond to make sure you understand the process and feel supported. 3. Professionalism and Accuracy Their work is precise, organized, and backed by decades of experience. If you're looking for a team that truly cares about helping you -- not just processing paperwork -- Preferred Services is the place to go. They deliver the kind of service that makes a stressful situation feel manageable, and they do it with professionalism, kindness, and unwavering dedication to their clients.

It is so much more affordable than hiring an attorney for this kind of work, and the service was flawless.
