During the day of staging, both of them were here for the whole day (I staged 70% of my house) to ensure that every room is styled nicely. Oh, all the lighting was set on timers to turn on and off at a certain time. I'd definitely use them again. If you are looking for a staging company, you should check them out. You will be happy with their services!

I have to…read moresay I have worked with quite a few stagers, but Dawn and Diane really shine through in my mind. They were a new business I believe in the past couple years and have really grown due to great service. I have seen their inventory almost triple as they are very diligent in planning every home uniquely to give it the best potential to be sold. Unlike some stagers who just put the same furniture together every time to make it easier. Dawn and Diane go out of their way. After they set up the home fully I always feel like I'm in a magazine because it all looks so perfect. Keep it up ladies! Oh and I remember asking them if they still rearranged at home after starting the biz. I knew the answer would be of course, quite often and it was because it always feels like they have fun staging the homes:)

Eunji was very helpful throughout the process of rennovating our kitchen! Our dishwasher in our…read moreprevious kitchen was leaking, causing significant damage to a large portion of the kitchen. We had to move as quickly as we could to restore our kitchen, and decided to do a full renovation. Eunji was patient while at the same time encouraging us to make decisions when it was prudent. We often needed to quickly act as we didn't have time to plan and Eunji was readily available to help guide us throughout the process. When we decided to expand the scope of the project to include work in our living room, Eunji cheerfully supported this work and helped us include it so we could complete the project in a timely manner. Thank you Eunji, we are very happy with the end result and really enjoy using our kitchen every day!

She has been extremely patient with my decision making - always finding options that I feel comfortable with. (It's scary when you are a first time buyer- and realize how much it really is to furnish a home). We started off having a bunch of pre calls- where she got the vibe of me and my girlfriend's taste. And let me tell you .... It's not an easy feat when my style is PNW/ midcentury modern and my gf is English country side/ northeast . But we are SOOOOOOO happy. She sent us a doc of exactly what we were looking for- and even did it in phases. Little by little .... Am I right ? My favorite part- she always helps schedule and makes the delivery process up so smooth, I never have to worry about it. She is so responsive and on it. Thank you so much Julia- for making this semi - stressful task .... Fun!

My wife and I were so appalled with Polka Dot Interiors that we felt it was necessary to write a…read morereview. We interviewed two companies to stage our house before listing it for sale. Marta of Polka Dot Interiors was very pleasant and gave a great pitch about how to stage our house. We decided to hire her. When the staging was complete, it was obvious that she falsely represented her abilities to do the job. The furniture was cheap and totally inappropriate for a home in a higher price range. Many of the rugs and pillows looked worn and stained. Some of the furniture for the house was too small in scale, which Marta acknowledged. She tried to justify that the furniture looked great anyway and said that she did not have any other furniture to correct these design flaws. When our real estate agent discussed the issues with the staging, Marta did not seem to care. When she was asked to refund some of the $4000 paid upfront to her for the improper staging so we could hire another stager, Marta refused. She finally agreed to refund the first month rent on the furniture, but took over two weeks to get the check to us. This is bad form all the way around, not backing up your services and delivering the product you say you can. It is apparent that Polka Dot Interiors does not care about doing the job correctly and does not feel customer service is important. This business is obviously not concerned about its reputation. I recommend you do not hire Polka Dot Interiors as Marta does not stand by her work, misrepresents her abilities and does not care about making it right with her clients.

We are very novice in home design and weren't sure what to do or how it would go. The consultation was incredible as Michelle walked through the space asking us about how we currently use our spaces, how we wished it would function, what our short and long term budget looked like, and asked questions about our aesthetic preferences and pieces in our home that we loved vs the ones that were just there. The thoughtful and personal approach helped us curate a beautiful entry way that is functional and Michelle took the time to include suggestions for items that we can add as our children grow and our functional needs change, which I can't wait to include soon! She also explained the 'why' behind a lot of design suggestions which helped us make thoughtful and intentional choices in our other rooms, making our entire home more cohesive.
