The menu is small and the fish options are regularly changing and updating as to what is fresh catch that day. I had a cake with a candle in mind but Daniel, head waiter and son of the Chef arranged for some fresh flowers to be set on the table as we arrived - a fantastic touch and one greatly appreciated! The best part is that they come and Fillet the fish right in front of your eyes. I noticed an exchange between the owner and the table behind me that left quite an impression on me and to me it indicated an owner who takes a great deal of pride in his business and wants the very best for his customers. As he presented the dishes to the table he pulled one of the dishes back (I think it was chicken) and said that it looked like it was overcooked and was not acceptable. The customer had not said anything but the owner took it upon himself to pull the dish.
