The arrangement didn't have flowers which were supposed to be included. The arrangement looked haphazard and not put together. It just looked like a bunch of flowers stuck in a vase. I called after my mom sent me a photo. I talked to Cindy about how I was disappointment but was very polite. She just kept repeating "you got your moneys worth" whenever I never brought up price. I was then hung up on! A few minutes later I got a call back saying that I wouldn't get changed which I appreciate but I would have much rather had something to be proud of and happily pay.
