In fact they refused to complete the office visit siting I had too many problems and unless I contracted right then & there to very extensive work they would not even complete the visit which included cleaning my teeth. My record was impeccable as was my care history. I was in Naples for several months during Covid and decided to get a comprehensive routine cleaning. This fraudulent dentistry told me I required nearly $6,000 in dental work and they pressured me to sign to get it all done immediately. I refused, got 2 second opinions both of which refuted Dental Care at Naples Lakes opinion siting my teeth are in perfect shape as are my guns. They absolutely said I did not have any cavities, gum disease or further need for specialized care. I was fine according to 2 further opinions that included X rays, full exam & cleaning. This dentistry office lies and most probably over states patients needs & problems in an effort to over charge & fund a new and struggling business in an effort to fund this business. DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE FULL OF SCAMMERS!. They lie. Over charge. And quite honestly the staff fumbled around endlessly making it apparent that they had no experience. They allowed me to come in to take a look, but since I couldn't open my mouth; they couldn't really do an exam. I was given muscle relaxers and sent on my way. I was almost completely fine after a week, but now the pain is back and I can't open my mouth again. I just moved to the Venice beach area and tried calling the Aspen Dental here and they said they couldn't see me because I owe a balance of $230, which I was confused about because they ran my insurance and collected my total before my surgery and even made me pay $40 when I went back in to have my mouth looked at and had me sign a form that I don't owe anything else. I will pay the $230 in a week, but don't want to wait that long to be seen as my mouth is in excruciating pain and obviously, something is going on because of the surgery that their surgeon performed on me. On top of that, the receptionist continually puts me on hold for 5-10 minutes and then ends up hanging up on me.

I made an appointment to meet with the manager a few days later and she was very pleasant and offered to give me new partials that resembled dentures. I left and was happy that they wanted to fix my problem, but after talking to my new dentist I decided I wanted to research other options. She said there were other possibilities. I wrote a new review on their website, as requested by the manager, and mentioned that I wanted to meet with her again and would call in a day or two. That review was sent on April 16th and I called three days later. I was told that she was in a meeting but would call before she left that day! Well, that was April 19th and I still have not heard back! so again I am posting a negative review because I still do not have partials that I can't use and can't afford new partials! So I'm hoping they will follow up and if nothing else, offer some compensation that I can put towards new teeth! I do not recommend this business!
