I don't think he even tried to order the parts. When asked about a back order date, he said he doesn't have time to sit on hold on the phone. When I asked him for the order number so I could call, he never gave them to me. If he didn't have time or the desire to do the work, he could have told me that up front and let me keep my $75 fee. Don't get tied up in his lies. Find another service company!
