The most he's being charged to accept cards is maybe 3%, so he's making extra on card fees. He charged me an hour of drive time. Also, the owner would not send me an itemized bill. Person who answered the phone sounded like they just woke up and said they'd call the technician to see if they'd still be able to make it. No call back about anything. Just called my home warranty company to tell them to take JSP off their list because of all the bad reviews I've seen. Home warranty tried to call them and they didn't answer either.
