JSP Handyman Services was assigned to the claim, and a technician came out to assess the problem. Unfortunately, after the technician worked on the faucet, it became completely non-functional. We were left without a working kitchen faucet, despite the fact that it had been functioning when the original claim was submitted. The experience was extremely frustrating. The communication and follow through were unprofessional, and the repair was not completed. We were then left dealing with the consequences of a faucet that was worse after the service visit than it was before. I understand that JSP was working through a home warranty company, but as the assigned service contractor, I expected competent workmanship, professionalism, and a completed repair. Instead, the issue remained unresolved and created additional inconvenience for our household. We hired another company to take care of our faucet replacement. Based on my experience, I would not use or recommend JSP Handyman Services.

Im talking to the warranty folks and they said this guy has the wrong parts or something like that and they will come the following Tuesday. You guessed it... No call No show. I put this claim in twice. the first technician had an emergency, ok I can understand that. My claim was reassigned to this person. They are terrible at communication and they don't even show up. This may not be for them, this kind of business. Folks should not have to take off work more than twice, I have done it 5 times and this person doesn't say hey I'm sorry I'll be there this day or that day(except for that Sunday which they No called No showed. I would not ever recommend this handyman to anyone....EVER!! Very unprofessionalism. If you know like I know, don't use this device. And I see this person is blaming things on the warranty companies. That just tells me they lack accountability for anything on their end. Im not taking away from warranty companies sitting on there hands. Been there done that. But paying for a service should me you get just that, a service. Not someone sending messages via that companies web portal and they have my number. And they don't tell you on multiple occasions they will be here on this day, I take off work, and they don't show. Not once not twice a not three times. 5 TIMES. My error was in paying the full amount. My brother visited from out of state during the summer and was appalled seeing the inferior job and did what he could to make improvements with limited time. I had seen their trucks around, so I knew they serviced Monroe. I gave them a call and within a few days, I had a consultation appointment with Jimmy Mack and signed up with them that day. They provided me with three (3) options, all of which were completely out of my price range but thankfully they offered financing. In the end I decided to re-pipe the entire house instead of stressing over a leak developing with the hot water side. Yes, it was expensive and it literally took all day, but again it only took one (1) day. When they left, I had running water again and no leaks. I probably could have gotten the job done for less but I'm glad I called MJ & Sons and I'm even more grateful that Mike Matteson was assigned to my ticket/work order.

He removed the two capacitors asking why Southern Air didn't replace them.... He replaced them and AC works great! Noah is very honest.
