Although the only food that they have is frozen pizza, the proprietor offered us the opportunity to order carryout from the Corrallejo Mexican Grill (it's just down the hallway from his restrooms in the same building) and then enjoy it in his establishment. He said that he no longer offered food as he was leasing his kitchen out to the restaurant. The Mexican restaurant recently opened and had a long wait list, so this was a perfect option. I think that Dukes is more than just your typical local corner tap with a lot of potential for a good time and interesting conversations. We really enjoyed our time there!

This is a full bodied Bavarian style. A lot of the food is meaty. Brisket and that kind of stuff. Among the appetizers is the Cowboy Caviar. One of the few vegetarian options. This is a mixture of beans, cilantro, corn, jalapeños, red onions, and tomatoes. It's about $16 for the Tex-Mex Bowl. This has avocado, cilantro rice, Cowboy Caviar, marinated cucumbers, pico de gallo, and Thai sauce. Of course an option is to get it with meats added.
