Weavers is one of Nottingham's oldest wine independent businesses. Established in 1844 by Edward Cossal Weaver. Many of their staff have been with them a long time and they are encouraged to take their Wine and Spirit Exams and taste their wines regularly. They understand how impart is knowledge to you and their staff. I went in, told her what types of beers I like and she recommended 3 - all good. Too often, I go to a pub and try a new beer that is on for a few days then not seen again.
