The upper floor is more dedicated to beauty products. I have always found whatever I have needed here, and staff were helpful and friendly in helping me find a gift! There is also a smaller and more convenient Boots near to Uxbridge station selling a smaller selection of goods.

I live in between Tescos and Sainsbury's and have always shopped in Tescos as I have not liked…read moreshopping at the Sainsbury's in Hayes due to many reasons; It was quite a small supermarket and always very busy with never many staff on the tills. I also never found the supermarket particuarly clean and tidy it wasn't by far one of Sainsbury's best outlets I have been to a very nice one in Woking and the difference is massive. Although... As of November 2008 they are extending and refurbishing which is long overdue. I have yet to go but if it is good I just might start shopping in Sainsburys instead. Watch this space

They are knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, hold an amazingly wide stock of most things you expect in a chemist's, and even though they are further to walk it's SO worth it. I can honestly say that they have made a big difference to me, as the mother of a child with chronic illness. Don't go anywhere else.
