Every time I use it the staff do not seem to want to rush, they go at their own pace. Yesterday there were 3 staff on behind the chemist till and only two customers, it was half an hour before I got seen to, I only had two prescriptions. After 10 minutes of waiting they only then decided to tell me they "were busy" Disgusting.
