They have some good offers on like BOGOF etc. They have a large selection of gifts and this is really useful when Christmas comes around for all the Aunts. This shop has always been untidy and you tend to feel it is a bit like a jumble sale. The gifts are ok, but you have to be selective over what you buy. Some of it is real tat. The staff don't seem to care that much and I have the feeling especially on a busy Saturday that they would rather be anywhere else. If they smarted up the shops and introduced some quality to their items then they could possibly compete with Boots, other wise they are the poorer relative.

They have a fantastic wide selection of products. You can generally find everything that you are looking for. They sell the usual range of cosmetics and pharmaceutical products that you would expect from any Chemist shop. They also sell gifts and a few toys etc. I think that Boots own brands are good quality and good value for money. I like to buy Boots own brand Number 7 cosmetics. I always find them to be good quality at affordable prices and they often have some good special offers. If you have a Boots card, you can get points too to spend in store.

The beauty counters are really good where they will give you a free consultation and make over, in attempt to sell some of they're more expensive products. Boots also have a chemist to pick up prescriptions. The store in Swindon town centre is a fairly big boots store, there are smaller ones in other places in Swindon. Over all I would say they're good value for money, and will have what you need.
