The store itself is average size and can be very messy often with messy shelves and things in the wrong place but there is always loads of offers on and you can always get a bargin or two. The store is in yate shopping centre which has tons of free parking and bus routes its also really easy to get to. The store is child frienly with nice wide isles so you can get a buggy through. the staff here are friendly and helpful

This review is for boots pharmacy rather than the shop itself!!…read more Since moving to Emersons Green and registering with a new doctors I was given the option of boots or Sainsbury's for a pharmacy and what a mistake I made choosing boots. I am yet to have a good experience when picking up a prescription. The staff are incredibly rude and so unhelpful and even though there can be 4/5 people working in the pharmacy it can take them 30 minutes to produce a prescription. I understand that it can take a little while but at my old pharmacy in Winterbourne I was never made to wait longer than 5 minutes. Infact I don't think I would mind as much if the staff weren't so rude when they spoke to you. I'm that fed up with them I am now changing to Sainsbury's in the hope that the service is better. The staff elsewhere in the store are so helpful it's just a shame that the pharmacy staff let them down. I will still shop in boots but just not for my prescriptions.

It has all the usual things you'd expect from Boots - pharmacy service, toiletries, cosmetics, hair and beauty stuff. However this Boots also includes a pharmacy and photo printing services. Handy to have this all under one roof.
