Unlike some Boots stores local to me which are cramped and overcrowded, this Boots has a great spacious layout and it's easy to find what you're looking for. Boots always used to be an expensive store, but nowadays I find that they often have great competitive deals on the product that I use. On top of this, their loyalty card means that you get approximately 4p (4 points) back for every pound you spend, as well as being mailed coupons where you can get bonus points. Recently there have been a few good points deals such as getting 500 (£5) worth of points when you spend over £50 in one transactions. Their 3 for 2 deals make good great xmas presents too!

Waiting time can be a little much sometimes, if there are 5 people in front of you, you can expect to wait about 30 minutes although there are 4 members of staff in. I think this could be improved on, but they always have the medicine in that I need, so I cannot complain.

A lot of elderly people use this chemist, I assume it is since there is a bus stop outside. I find that the people working in the store ask stupid questions sometimes eg Are those tampons for you? personally I think that is an irrelevant question.
