But the haphazard rails of second-hand clothing are just like a charity shop. The problem with this place is that the clothes are just too much, considering they are second hand. There was a pleasant enough little cardigan in there, priced at £25, but it was originally from Topshop, where it probably cost £25 in the first place. I'm not going to pay the same amount of money for a worn item that I would pay for a new one, unless it was special or vintage or something. Especially not when there are several well-stocked charity shops in town where the clothes are a quarter of the price and the money is going to a good cause. There wasn't even any effort put in to making the stock look attractive, it was just all loaded onto the rails.

The shop is a good size and stocks womens and childrens clothes as well as (i think) teen wear and home goods upstairs, however its been a good couple of years since i ventured upstairs so not 100% sure those bits are still there! The womens clothes i find rather middle aged and can be expensive compared to other ladies fashion shops stocking similar goods. The childrens clothes are some and some - i wouldn't pay the full prices for them as i don't think they are worth the prices charged, but in the sales you can pick up some good bargains. Usually a wider variety of younger kids clothes available - up to about 5/6 years. They do cater for kids upto about 10 but those items always seem few and far between. I'm not very keen on the staff in here either, they seem a little snooty at times and not overly helpful, even when asked.

From the moment we stepped inside the shop we felt relaxed and at ease (especially after a negative experience elsewhere). The fact that we had an area to ourselves and a welcoming drink made us all feel at home and individual. Sally looked after us so well and we all felt her passion for her job. She took time to listen to what Sam's likes and dislikes where which wasn't easy as my daughter hates fuss and attention. She chatted away to all of us, listening to the wedding plans and how they had met, which was lovely. Sally picked out a dress which my daughter would not have originally thought of but when she put it on we all knew 'this was the one'. As a mum I felt Sally was like an old friend and we could be honest with her. Up until now I had not been emotional... but let's just say we owe you a box of tissues!! After trying a few others, just to be sure Sam tried THE dress on again, I am biased of course but she looked amazing in it. Best bridal boutique in Kent if not the UK!…read more I want to start by saying how perfect Isabella Grace was and how at ease they made me feel from start to finish. When I turned up to my appointment with my Mum, Sister and Best friend I was a nervous wreck! From the moment I walked though the door I was greeted with friendly, helpful and attentive staff. I really wish I could remember the name of the wonderful lady who helped me. She was really understanding and got to grips with what I wanted quickly. She asked me what sort of wedding I was having and asked me a little about myself and what ideas I had before I arrived. We then went downstairs to look at certain designers she felt encompassed my requirements. We picked 4 presses together then she picked a 'wild card'. Once back upstairs I tried on all the dresses and found 'The One' in dress 2! It was funny as the dress I chose was the dress I thought I would like the least. The ladies commented that if they had a pound for every time they heard that! I don't want to give it all away but I wanted to explain that last bit because I thought it was just so stress free and completely took the anxiety of being faced with so many dresses away. The sales advisor clearly knew each individual dress so only pulled out dresses she knew I would like. It was just a really professional and fun experience. I just want to say thank you to Isabella Grace for making the experience so special and a day I wont forget, I just cant wait to put my dress on again!

I'm guessing it's called rehab because you are 'rehabilitating' second hand clothes by wearing them again? Having been into Reload, another 'dress agency' where they were selling old Topshop cardies for upwards of £20, I was suspicious of the Rehab stock. Most of the items seemed to be priced between £40 and £60. I would feel a bit put off about paying that amount of money for second hand clothing, however my mum assured me that the labels they were selling were worth a lot more than that. There was a Betty Jackson dress for £60, and a lovely Ciel flower print dress with capped sleeves in the window. The lady in the shop was also very friendly and helpful. Rehab has gone some way towards 'rehabilitating' my opinion of dress agency shops.
