It's a good sized store with…read morelots of beauty brands on offer such as MUA, Make Up Revolution, Rimmel, Bourgois etc. I particularly like this Superdrug for the Make Up Revolution selection because I literally can't resist! The store is well laid out, tidy and all the aisles are clearly marked. At the back of the store, there is a treatment area and you can book in for eyebrow waxing etc. I've never tried it but it's handy to know it's there if I'm popping in to buy things and need to kill two birds with one stone, so to speak. They stock a good variety of skincare and haircare brands. Nothing on the high end brand scale spectrum, but all the usual 'drugstore' brands you would expect to see. There are always offers on such as 3 for 2 or a price reduction etc which are handy to look out for. And if you need to stock up on toothpaste etc, it has everything you need! Overall, one of the better Superdrugs I have been to. It doesn't feel cluttered (which I find some of the city centre branches do) and they have a pretty good stock of testers etc, which is always handy!

I would normally pick up painkillers from the nearby Tesco or Co-Op but was in need of something a bit more substantial last week and picked up some over the counter medicine in here that sorted me out. They also do prescriptions and are open on Sundays which is decent. Friendly wee place.

I was able to ask the pharmacist a bunch or questions and they recommended something for the member of my group that would work perfectly. They were patient, friendly, and made sure I had the answers and medicine that was needed. I find this kind of hospitality seriously lacking in retail in general. People could learn from the folks at this Boots pharmacy. Aside from the excellent pharmacy, this Boots is enormous, well stocked and unlike a lot other Boots I have been to, it is all on one floor, so finding things does not require trips up and down escalators.

During the Christmas period a large section of the store is given over to selling gifts and toys. There's also a pharmacy and a photo-lab. The only problem is that I find the store quite tricky to navigate. I'm not sure if they mvoe things around a lot, or if I just have a poor sense of direction, but it always takes me ages to find what I want. They'll definitely have it in stock, I just won't know where to look for it. Perhaps the different sections could be better sign posted.

It has a large selection of medicine, baby things, a photo printing section, makeup from 'drugstore' cheaper brands to high end makeup counter brands, every toiletry under the sun, a good food selection - as far as a meal deal for a quick lunch you can't beat a Boots one for £3.29! I'm sure I've missed something out but you get the jist. I'm not sure if deals (bogof etc.) vary depending on location? I'm sure they do so if so, this one usually has a good selection of deals on shampoos, deodorant etc. on the go. This will seem very nitpicky but I have given this branch 4 instead of 5 stars as I almost find it a little too big. I love it for a browse but to pop in for cotton pads it's a bit much.

Ever since I arrived in Glasgow, I've been on a quest to purchase a new tongue scraper. I've popped into every Boots and SuperDrugs I've come across and none have had one. This Boots not only had what I was looking for, it also had multiple varieties of tongue scrapers, some of which I'd never even seen before. These self-checkouts (that actually work, unlike the ones you find in the US) are starting to grow on me. Not that I'm anti-social, but not having to interact with a cashier could come in handy...
